The worst ever

No items... no money back... no customer service phone number... no email’s answers.

added information due to your answer:

I originally sent the email on January 12th, and I followed up with a second and third email on January 13th and 16th with no response to any of my emails. I finally decide to put this up on here and I get a respond immediately. So emails do not take up to 48hrs, sometimes they are left unanswered for weeks and months. So I don't usually make bad reviews, because things happen and I understand that there is a behind the scenes that us as customers do not see. But, the fact the I tried on three separate occasions to contact the company via the only method available, and I get no response is beyond a review. I am now disputing the charge that was put on my card and would expect more than just an apology because I made a public review.

Order was accepted and haven't moved…

Order was accepted and haven't moved for 8 days. I paid £15 for shipping and waiting super long time. I do not recommend HBX.

Bottom of online retailers

I purchase the vast majority of my clothing, shoes and accessories online using multiple online retailers. In my experience I rate HBX as the lowest in service and speed.
Their return and refund policy is extremely slow and you need to send several reminders - which usually don’t get replied anyway. Their processing time of orders is equally slow; other online retailers take no more than 2-3 days to ship an order, HBX can take up to 5-6 days.
Nothing special about the prices, they’re not competitive and seems they keep low stocks as items run out fast anyway.
They are not my chosen retailer and I would only go for them only if absolutely necessary.

Emailed HBX without a single reply .....

I bought a sneaker two days ago, emailed HBX regarding the status of my order, never get even an automated reply email..... whats wrong HBX...when will my order be shipped?...when?

Sent me an unsolicited item - brushing scam!

I received an unsolicited (and hideous, might I add) t-shirt from this company.

After doing some reading online, it's most likely they stole my information from somewhere to set up a fake account, proceed with a cheap purchase, and write a fake review for themselves as part of the "brushing" scam.

Don’t even bother shopping here

So I buy almost 300 dollars worth of stuff and I never get a confirmation email. I check on the site and it still says processing. I check back 3 days later and it STILL says processing. I try to check the status of my order and it says it can’t even be found. Well they definitely took my money, though. For everyday that goes by, I send an email. NOT ONE single response. They have no number to contact them and they HAVEN’T replied to any of my emails. Live chat is apparently down for “maintenance.” I paid through PayPal so I can likely get a refund but I will NOT be ordering from this company again. Worst service I’ve EVER had from a retailer that sells above par clothing. This stuff is way too expensive to be playing with peoples money like this

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company. Failed to deliver an order, offered no assistance at all, and couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service for assistance. They’ve failed to deliver an item that’s been paid for, and are taking no responsibility for THEIR issue - taking this further of course as they’re in breach of laws, but just a warning to others, this company clearly don’t value their customers or their duties whatsoever.

$300 worth Order suddenly NOT FOUND

Placed an order for almost $300 worth of items last Dec. 8th and paid via Paypal. I check the order status two days after and it stated my order was processing.
Then I check again after two more days because I haven’t gotten any other info coming from HBX. Still says processing.
Then yesterday, when I checked the order status, suddenly my order number can no longer be found.
I tried to send an email to their customer service but I just received an email saying it was undeliverable after 24 hours. Tried the Live Chat Option twice. No luck. After waiting 15 minutes, I got a reply saying they’re inundated with customer service request and that they will get back to me “as soon as possible”.
There’s absolutely no phone number to get ahold of them.
So now I’m left with no choice but to spend more money to replace the presents and then I’ll most likely have to file a dispute with Paypal.
Ridiculous.

Terrible shop sent wrong item was a nightmare to return and now they have had the item back for three weeks saying they would issue the refund as soon as possible, now after sending four chaser emails they just ignore and still no refund. Really bad service from start to finish.

Ordered the Common Projects - way too big

Ordered the Common Projects, were way too big and had to ship them back to HBX twice! (This is a reoccurring thing with common projects) HBX’s communication was quick clear and helped me to ultimate satisfaction. Thanks again. (The shipping cost me €60, so make sure you have the right size for you)

Adele in Support needs to find a different career path

I ordered shoes a full week prior to this review that I needed to arrive by the end of this week as they're a gift for someone I am going out of town to see. The shipping estimate help page said the package would arrive 5 days later, and I checked with their support to confirm, which they did. Great! Nope...

6 days later, my package is still sitting in Hong Kong and SEVERAL attempts at contacting Support have ended with lies and disappointment! First, I was told by Adele in Support that they would contact Fedex to have the package rushed or prioritized, and Fedex confirmed that was a lie, and now I'm getting hit with the same predetermined text about how long a package can take to process and ship and oh well, not our fault.

I order things overseas all the time, and I never have this experience. Honestly, good luck if you get Adele, she clearly lacks empathy or respect for any of their customers and will waste your time!
