The speakers, the topics, the location! Connections were made and the agenda was plentiful without being overwhelming. I would love to attend future events! Thank you all!

The conference covered great topics! It provided valuable insight into integrating AI with HR. The location was absolutly spectular!

The environment was welcoming, educational, and fun!

I loved that it was at a resort. It helped make the experience so relaxing. Also, the small group interactive type of setting was great. I would love more coaching talks instead of so much about AI. My coworker and I decided to fly home the last day because it was all AI related and wasn't something we really needed to focus on.

We enjoyed the vendors and the speakers very much. All expressed the importance of having a detail plan for the process whenever taking the step of using AI.

However, since the functions and changes are so new, there was not as much as I was hoping to hear on implementation success, advice, and uses. Seemingly just more focused on process improvement and how they intend to utalize AI. which was beneficial and intend to use back home, but much more appreciated speaking with the attended vendors and am excited to speak more with them as we to begin to make the changes in our processes and department.

This was my first experience with HCI, so I was not quite sure what to expect. The conference was well thought-out, with nice post-session events and intentional networking opportunities. There was a good variety of speakers with different perspectives. I really enjoyed the more intimate experience and interactive workshops on day 1. If you are on the fence about attending a future HCI event, take the leap. It was well worth it!

Great speakers and venue. And good food. Enough time to network and the evening activities were spot on.

I want to study and work abroad

I truly enjoyed the smaller environment compared to a SHRM conference. The workshops were great, the vendors were intentional, and it was easy to meet people.

Loved the customer presentations at Spark HR 2025 as they gave real world examples of HR challenges and how they overcame them to reinforce their unique organizational cultures.

This Conference was well organized and the content was well-structured.

I had the best time! It was full of different ideas and topics that I cannot wait to implement into our daily workings.

I would love to be able to see more Benefit/Operations related discussions, but overall it was so amazing!

Overall, the conference was a well-coordinated and valuable experience. The organizers did a great job bringing in engaging speakers and creating meaningful networking opportunities throughout the event.

I would give the even 5 stars if all sessions had clear, actionable takeaways. Additionally, the Epcot dinner was nice, but there wasn’t enough seating to accommodate all attendees.

I recently attended the HR Spark conference hosted by the Human Capital Institute, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The speakers were of the highest caliber, delivering thought-provoking sessions that left me inspired and motivated. HCI created a conference environment that was perfect for connecting with other attendees and collaboratively solving challenges. It was a joy to meet and engage with so many like-minded professionals.

Every detail of the conference was thoughtfully planned; the schedule was well-organized, the venue was top-notch, and the participants were all highly enthusiastic. I highly recommend the HR Spark conference to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and network within the HR field. Kudos to HCI for hosting such a remarkable event!

Very very well organized! Not too busy, but also not too free-ranging with development. Sessions were full of great content and altogether well thought out. My only feedback would be less paper-based activities & moving tables. Day 1 was tough getting off a plane and getting settled in only to have to re-settle to a new table every time we got back from a break to a new speaker. Those speakers used a lot of print outs, which would have been best sent in the handout bags instead of sat on the tables. There were not enough handouts to go around even with relocation.

Big shout out to Luke Prince, who helped me with my registration and was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I needed support.

I completed the Strategic Workforce Planning 2-day certification course. It was an intense program. The materials provided and facilitation was solid.

Opportunities for improvement:
* HCI does not recognize the importance of third-party issued, verifiable digital credentials. They instead provide a link to a generic badge that literally anyone could feature on their LinkedIn profile or email signature.
* The course should be divided over three days at least. Instead, it's two long intense days of learning where the learning experience is somewhat rushed.
* HCI does not share a video that's featured in the course and the link to the video in the material does not work. I raised this with the facilitator.

The location was great, and the program was a good overall introduction to AI. I would have liked to have seen more detail on specific recruiting strategies, but it was a very good start. I have requested more information from the organizer, and she has been very happy to provide me with the additional information that I am seeking.
