I really enjoyed the small class size (by happenstance). Both instructors were very well versed on the subject. I thoroughly enjoyed everyone's comments and experiences that shared.

The content, training, and instructor were awesome! This course provides very valuable information for HRBPs. My only negative feedback would be regarding the communications from HCI, or rather the lack thereof. There were no pre-course communications at all, so no instructions or guidance on the physical location of the training, options on nearby lodging, what to bring, what to expect, etc. I had to reach out to HCI on this. Although when I did, their representatives were very responsive.

My experience was exceptional. The course material was incredibly informative and my instructor was very thorough.

Training was well organized and provided valuable information. The format, for the most part, provided a good balance of teaching, coaching and interaction by participants.
Several good take-aways were provided each day.

The instructor was an excellent teacher. He had great examples and a great energy throughout the entire course. He made it easy to learn and understand.

The most wonderful experience was the faci, Sharma Kumari. She was very engaging and knowledgeable, making every second enjoyful yet full of learning experience. A lot of engaging group activities too that can be applied to our real working.

Good conference, relevant content. Always appreciative of HCI's conferences.

There was very little diversity in the speakers. I would like to see more diversity in the future.

The material was useful and could easily be applied immediately to an organization.

The instructor was fantastic! I really enjoyed the course. It really made me think about the data the was presented and how I can apply those skills to my current role.

Great class. Made everything I've already been working on come together. Truly appreciated the templates, and our instructor was great!

Our instructor Mark Allen was a wonderful teacher. He was engaging and insightful. I found the program to be extremely beneficial and easily relatable to my current organization.

Meghan was an outstanding facilitator for the Strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification class. She kept us all engaged in a three-day, virtual course--a hard thing to do. I learned a lot and felt like the course has given me a lot of takeaway and use with my employer.

The facilitator was great. Course participants had great discussion. It was to location for me. Lots of construction, not a lot of food options, didn't feel very safe venturing out walking on my own, and traffic was pretty chaotic which impacted movement to and from the training. I would recommend a different location. Perhaps a different city... Fort Lauderdale. I was interested in Orlando, but all sessions were full.

This was an excellent course full of great information and even better conversations. Would highly recommend.

Content and the instructor were great and valuable. However I am shocked that HCI would associate its brand with the location they put our class in. In a shopping plaza next to a DMV with half of the plaza closed for construction. The facility itself (the academy) was not ADA compliant and had the wifi off for half of the class. Really hope HCI rethinks their Miami location

This training was well presented and the content was aligned to my current role. Cindi was an awesome facilitator!
