We recently ordered 3 of the 12-inch vinyl EMP lumbar support bolsters from Homecare Solutions. The product we received looks completely different from what was advertised.

On your website, the bolsters are clearly shown as triangular-shaped supports—precisely what we needed for our clinic setup. Instead, what arrived was a trapezoid-shaped wedge, bulkier and not at all the same design. This is misleading and unacceptable for a medical/rehabilitation product where shape and ergonomics matter greatly.

To make matters worse, when we contacted your team about an exchange, we were refused on the grounds that some of the bolsters were removed from their original plastic—despite being completely unused. How are we supposed to verify the shape and suitability of a product without unwrapping it? The fact remains: the items you shipped do not match the advertised product.

As a healthcare provider, we rely on suppliers like Homecare Solutions for accuracy, transparency, and professionalism. This experience has left us with equipment we cannot use as intended, wasted money, and unnecessary frustration.

We strongly urge your company to:

1. Correct your product images and descriptions so customers are not misled.

2. Implement a fair return/exchange policy when the product delivered does not match what was purchased.

3. Ensure quality control so that healthcare providers receive exactly what they order.

Right now, I cannot recommend Homecare Solutions to other clinicians or healthcare organizations. Trust is critical in this industry, and this experience has seriously undermined ours.

Staff are great. But the wait time for purchasing, needs to be less. And the stock needs to be kept up on things that are commonly used. More than half the time I go; there out of stock of what i need. I have to wait till it's in stock or back order things which can take up to two weeks.

A long wait at the desk to make my purchases.

On August 21st, we ordered an air boot that was not in stock. With surgery on September 3rd, we were assured that the boot would arrive on or before September 2nd. AFTER surgery, we called to ask about my order, and were told my boot was on back order. No phone call to tell, no apology, and no solution offered.

Hi, I would like let management know, how honoured and grateful I am with the help and service that I received from Chantel. She made me feel special, and important. She helped me find what I was looking for, and asked how much of the product I wanted. She need gathered up the product that I wanted and carried it to the counter, where I paid her for it. She was very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help and answer any questions that I had. I try to always deal with Chantel because she is always so helpful, a nd cheerful. She makes on feel important, and a valued customer.
