What level of honesty are reviews that disallow negative starring????? I had to cancel my credit card because reputable company practice does not send you to a separate "account sign up" to "manage" subscriptions. Lots of soap box elsewhere on how we are becoming subscription slaves!!!!! Let's not digress to far off instant topic ... I have not received 2 shipments (May & June '26) nor refunds from disputed billings. In a real world of integrity I am due compensation for my losses in time and even interest on my card account. Whatever good the supplements may be OR how easy the common simps find in being served by clicks & screen swipes ... Orwell as playbook ... blue pilling the matrix ... ANYONE ???? Time will tell if print letter by postal service OR continuing contact with card dispute operations achieve some PARTIAL reimbursement.

Enrolled into a subscription unknowingly. The website seems to "error" anytime you try to cancel the subscription. Also the dosage they claim is actually how much is in the entire bottle. Total scam company

Healthletic customer service is excellent! I've reached out to Healthletic on several occasions and have never had a problem. Response time to my emails has been very fast. Communication back and forth excellent. Product help/information and help with subscriptions has been excellent. Rachel was extremely helpful. I just ordered AMLA and haven't received it yet but will review it once I've been taking it for a while.

It's the real deal. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I ordered some BPC-157 and noticed improvement. Since then I've ordered the PS, more BPC-157, then the colostrum. I order multiple units each time. My health has improved across the board. I'm definitely ordering more. I live in Toronto, Canada, so the delivery time is a bit long. I only wish the delivery time could be shortened. Still enough for five stars!

Had an error in the order process and the reason I'm giving a 5 star review without having even received the product yet is how easily they handled the mistake. I emailed them and Rachel responded quickly with things already resolved for me.

I ordered supplements from this company 5 months ago and never received my order. I paid $282.85 for the product. The company has failed to respond to my numerous email inquiries or my request to cancel my order and refund me the money that I paid.

I have been unable to un-subscribe for four months they keep sending me product that I do not want. I have been unable to get into the website. I have filed chargebacks against the fees three times and they still continue to send product. Please send me a label and pick up all of your product. I do not want any of it, and I am appalled that this is being forced on me. Please send me a label and pick up all of your product before I really start saying what I really think. I was very disappointed at first, after making numerous attempts to receive my order..it took 4 months to get my order..but Fretzie.. did make it right with following up with me in receiving my order.. I know things can happen, I will be giving Healthletic another try

Not only has every product we tried from Healthletic been amazing and does what they say, but their customer support is by far the best I’ve experienced in a very long time.
I messed up on my order and forgot to add the discount code. I was placing another order for my mom so wasn’t sure if I needed to delete and start again. But within minutes of sending an email and explaining the situation I heard from Chelsea saying they were looking into it for me.
Shortly after that I had another email from Cyriel saying that it will be taken care of and my discount will be placed back on my credit card. No need to delete and start over. 👍
This is one company that continues to exceed our expectations in every way. If you’re thinking of ordering and hesitating, don’t, just try it, I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
