I thought the service given was excellent in every way. All my enquiries about the product were answered thoroughly. My discount was applied very quickly.

Everything I needed in good time and any problems dealt with exactly as they promised.

Beware you are ordering the correct product. Their website is inadequate in telling you which domes are compatible with which hearing aids. I bought product believing it to be correct but found it incompatible. Unfortunately this was not apparent without first opening the packaging, and a refund was denied.
Very poor communications. Chat works but emails are ignored and the phone would not connect. Emails claimed to have been sent to me never arrived, and yes I have check all spam and junk folders!
Looking for a more reliable supplier now!

What a brilliant company to deal with, fast and efficient service, I ordered the wrong power ear domes and because I did not open them I could return them. I rang this time and spoke with Joanne, she helped me in getting the correct ones. Will definitely use them again and certainly pass on their details on.

Hearing aid accessories arrived promptly and were reasonably priced.

All the bits and pieces I wanted for my hearing aids in one place. I could not find another supplier who seemed to have the particular combination I needed.

Genuine parts as advertised delivered in good time. I shall return.
