Phonak cross receiver

I ordered a receiver for my Phonak cross hearing aids The customer service is phenomenal. Their updates on shipping status is great. It arrived as promised. They have a great selection and great prices.

The site was easy navigate and they…

The site was easy navigate and they guided me quickly to the proper receiver for my hearing aid. Easy to pick out the correct receiver size and the correct side by their guide.
Unfortunately, I have to give myself three stars. I had to really push hard on that pen to get it to move and then it came out completely and it is very very small. I was able to get it back in the hole and lock the receiver in and all was well. I’ll be back.

Provided a good selection of parts and…

Provided a good selection of parts and accessories for several brands, but especially for Starkey. I purchased sport/retention locks for my Starkey devices at a much better cost than Starkey offers itself! I'm double impressed at the low cost and quick shipment, especially coming from the UK.

It is scam!run with your money

Update:1/ I never said I received a refund you can refer to my review again. The email you were referring to was attached with a (screenshot) of a transaction!! No reference number No tracking number and you mentioned in the same email that you don't have a transaction No. Which I don't understand 'cause it is usually and strictly and automatically generated n provided ( if you need to prove that I received a refund from the bank how do you do that? With a screenshot of a random transaction!!!?).
2/ as you said you send it with a shipping provider that doesn't provide a tracking no. , so Royal Mail doesn't provide a tracking no.???? I leave it here for the reader to check ,and I have yr email stating you shipped it through RM.
3/ As why I didn't reply to that email that was because I had enough back and forth reply (like more than 3 emails)and I was clear in my last email that I will take further action if I didn't receive my refund and that what I am doing here. My review will remain here and everywhere till I receive my money back.ty

It is scam!run with your money. I placed my order on August 24 and they sent me on sep4 saying they shipped it. I did no receive anything till now. I contacted them they said it may take up to 5 weeks then I may get a refund! They refused to give me a tracking number or a receipt for the refund asking me to call my bank!! Without anyproof.Well, I didn't receive neither my order nor my money back till now. I really disappointed 'cause I thought they are legitimate but they are straight way scammer. Don't read to those positive review I don't understand what is going on, but this is my honest experience.

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are aware, we are not a scam website. My colleague had mentioned to you several times that as you had ordered to Oman, it can take up to 8 weeks for your parcel to reach your destination. This is also clearly stated within our terms and conditions that you agreed to on our website at the time of placing your order.

Once the transit time had exceeded 8 weeks, you were provided with a refund immediately, that you have received as mentioned above in your review.

Usually, shipping is much faster, but as mentioned in our T&C's, there are occasions when this can happen and it is often location dependent.

We were not able to provide you with a tracking number for the shipment, as it was sent using an untracked service. As for the refund, you were provided with proof of this when you requested it via email. You did not respond to said email.

Type of Dome Communication was an issue

Enough of the back & forth. I feel I ordered open domes; you say I ordered closed and shipped those. The domes received are of no use to me at all.
One problem here was you had no idea what you shipped to me on order 56386 until I sent you a picture upon request.

Waste of $ 9.99 plus shipping cost $4.99. and it is simply not worth the shipping costs to return.
It is what it is!

My advice to hearing aid wearers is to purchase time sensitive items like domes locally when possible so you are sure to get what you need and get the product fast.

This is my final reply.

Hello,

If you respond on TrustPilot, we will reply to your most recent review as an old response would confuse other consumers should they visit the platform.

I can confirm you ordered 'Vented' domes, and you received 'Vented' domes. Not 'Closed' or 'Open'.

We have a record of all orders that are placed through our website. You were not asked to send a photo of the item because we were unsure of what you had ordered, as we have all orders on our system, we requested a photo of what you had received, as that is the standard procedure when a customer claims they have been sent something different to what they ordered - once a photo has been received, we can then confirm whether or not the wrong item has been sent and deal with it accordingly.

The photo revealed that what you had received matched what you had ordered on our system.

Good luck getting repairs

I ordered a pair of Resound GN chargers through Ebay. They lasted about 7 months. I bought the Allstate insurance. When both chargers failed, I reached out to Allstate, who informed me that they were both still under factory warranty. And I simply needed to return them to the place of purchase - little did I know, this company is in England. $188 on fedex, or $48 via USPS. It's been 10 days since I mailed them back, and they haven't gotten them yet. Once they do, they tell me, they will "send them off for repair." So 1) the Allstate warranty is a joke 2) when these chargers fail, you have to mail them back to England. My take away, spend the extra monney up front and get them in the US - don't let the local phone number fool you. Ask where you have to return faulty items.

I'm sorry to hear to you've had issues with your charger's. Please note, AllState insurance isn't affiliated with our business whatsoever - this is something that eBay offers as eBay have partnered up with AllState insurance, and you would have purchased this from eBay directly, not us. If you are having issues with this, you would need to contact eBay/AllState.

Your products are covered under the manufacturers warranty, which means that the product has to get sent off for repair/replacement as it is dealt with by the manufacturer themselves. We are the middle-man in arranging the repair, but are not liable to replace the goods.

As for the wait time on your parcel arriving back to us, this is completely out of our control unfortunately. As per our returns policy, we would always recommend to send any parcel via a tracked service as we are not responsible for inbound parcels.

As soon as they arrive back to us, we will get them sent off right away and will have them back to you as soon as we possibly can.

We are ever so sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived, it looks as though it may have gotten lost in transit.

We would always recommend to get in contact with us first as soon as your order has exceeded its expected delivery date, as we do not track individual parcels and have no way of knowing if a parcel has gone missing. This is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any issues faced.

As much as we would love to be able to track individual orders, we ship thousands of orders per week and it simply isn't possible.

Placed on order beginning of January…

Placed on order beginning of January and it still has not shipped. Never had any indications that this was shipping for the UK or I would have never placed an order with this company. My advise is do not order from this company no matter how good you think the price is.
