It’s great! I found it easy to maneuver through and find all of the answers to the questions that I had was very informative about the different areas that interests me about what’s going on with my health.

The only issue that I had was connecting my iPhone my Apple (series 9) Watch .

Once I downloaded the App I got a push payment to pay 99p on Apple Pay and when I check my bank £6.00 had been taken. I got no email confirmation and they are now claiming that they have no knowledge of my email or payment.

BEWARE! This is a scam. I signed up for the free app and immediately they charged me £29.99 without my authorisation for a subscription!!!!! Then they said because I could not prove that I had used the app for seven days in a row I could not have a refund! I had not used it at all and would warn everyone to steer clear.

Dreadful. This company just seems to want to grab your initial payment following the trial even if you are not using the app. They get so many complaints that anything you write to them is just responded to automatically. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE TRIAL (or you will end up paying 29.99 as well as it is nigh on impossible to cancel during the trial)! Tantamount to a scam.

This is what anyone who requests a refund is up against. You have to provide photos of daily usage! Who would actually do this?

Per our Terms of Use and Money-Back Policy, a refund is reserved for cases where the eligibility conditions are met
- used the app for at least 7
consecutive days, request within 30 days, and proof-of-use photos on different days.
Based on what we have so far, we're not able to issue a refund. The subscription is canceled, so nothing further will be charged - but the most recent payment stays on the books.
If you do meet the eligibility conditions and can share the proof-of-use photos described in our Money-Back Policy, reply with them attached and we'll take another look.
We genuinely wish we could do more here. Thanks for being kind in how you reached out - it doesn't go unnoticed.

Total scam. Charged 29.99 for something I didn't authorise, as I'd already paid a trial fee. I've emailed. Heard nothing. Blocked my card now, as informed I'd need to pay another 89.99 before being relinquished from any subscription. No thank you. Scammers.

This app is a scam immediately after the initial purchase I was charged 9.99. Thankfully my Apple Card red flagged it. But I was still charged 4.99 for a trial which I never used, I emailed the co. And they refuse to give me a refund. I explained that I didn’t download the app. They don’t care. This is disgraceful. Never buy anything advertised on social media, they take your information and scam you. Now that I’ve read all the other reviews it looks like they also falsely advertising. The app doesn’t even help with sugar monitoring.

You can not cancel subscription. Don’t buy it it is a scam

I found the app useful and helpful in assessing my current stress levels. However, I did not see in the T’s & C’s that there was a £29.99 monthly charge. My request to unsubscribe was actioned promptly but my request for a refund of the first payment is still pending. It’s a great idea but the monthly fee is a barrier.

My wife fell for this scam as clearly it is. She signed up on instagram weblink and it clearly stated 99p trial. Immediately 99p was taken via Apple Pay followed by £6.99. As she hadn't downloaded the app she realised something was amiss.

We contacted the company through the email address given in response to other reviews on trustpilot and through various messages they came back with this response when asking for the £6 back as we understood the 99p was a trial.

"Unfortunately, we are unable to approve a refund for the initial payment of £6.99, as it was part of a promotional offer and is non-refundable.

However, we can confirm that your subscription has been canceled and no further charges should occur."

Claiming to be a promotional offer now and combining two payments.

We have contacted the bank but until payments go from pending to actual paid they are not able to do anything. They have noted account that the £6 is a fraudulent payment as we didn't approve that payment the same day as trial since they took it at same time as trial 99p

If we could give a zero rating would we as totally bad practice.

Wife has responded back to Heartbeat following comments by that company and will await the outcome

I didnt use it enough. I switched to Garmin watch.
