Bought a air conditioning unit for a menopausal wife friday, told 24hrs to deliver ie you goods have left only for an email saying its now coming Monday, hottest weekend, you had just one thing and they didn't deliver!
Mon is 32 degrees

Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a boiling water boiler from these people two weeks ago to replace a similar unit.

It arrived within a day or two. However once we turned on the water nothing passed through it and water just poured from the base. Clearly if faulty manufacture.

They have had it back for almost a week and say that they have to refer the matter to the manufacturer.

I spoke with the Customer Service Manager there and she said it could be another week before they come to a conclusion

The Manager clearly hadn’t a clue about the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or understanding that my contract was with her company and not with the manufacturer.

You lacked basic of just for a moment placing herself in the shoes of the consumer. She made it quite clear that the owner of the business would not be interest in dealing with this which really sums up the standards operated by this firm.

It seems that Heater Shop are a part of Edison House Group based in Suffolk. I understand the customer service manager was acting for the group - AVOID

I've used Heatershop in the past and ordering and delivery have been first rate. Hopefully this latest order will be the same.

bought a heater before and found the delivery was on time and the heater did what i wanted. and had no problems

For the remote switch that I wanted, it was the cheapest retailer by far. Only commenting on the ordering process, but it was quick and easy.
Edit: Set it up today and it works really well on my phone using google, its own app and alexa. Also set it up on my Alexa echo dot device and it works a treat

This is my second time ordering with Heater Shop. Last time item arrived on time and best deal in the market. Competitive pricing, ease of web-ordering and safer checkout are few good things to mention.

I always use the Heater Shop for all electric radiators. I have never been disappointed with their service or the goods they sell. Top company.

They sent me a faulty hot water boiler. I was within my consumer rights to instantly request its return and replacement with a working one, but I agreed to work with them, and the manufacturer to sort this out.
The manufacturer stated it was faulty and sent a replacement. This took 3 weeks to get a working boiler. I requested that my warranty begin from the delivery date of the working boiler and they refused repeatedly. Unimpressive and not worth working with.

The companies comment about the warranty linked to the invoice is just noise. A new invoice with an ammended date could be issued.

So fantastically easy to understand and order.
