I thought they were ladder resistant?
I thought they were ladder resistant? I’m very disappointed. Literally the first day of wearing them and they got a hole in them and started to ladder slightly. Honestly, for the price they are, I expected them to last longer than a day!

Bin leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden
Bin leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden. :/
Zum einen ist das Material des Garns nicht glatt und seidig sondern leicht rau, sodass Röcke sich beim Tragen hoch schieben und lange, geschlitzte Abendkleider beim Gehen "an den Beinen hängen bleiben".
Auch wenn man ein bisschen Hornhaut an den Fingern hat, bleibt das Material beim Anziehen der Strumpfhose dauernd an den rauen Fingerspitzen hängen. Hatte ich davor noch nie.
Zweitens die Passform; Es scheint in der Strupfhose kein Platz für den Po eingeplant. Direkt nach dem Schritt beginnt der Shapebund. Das führt auch dazu, dass der Shapebund an den Seiten relativ weit runter aufs Bein geht, was nicht gut aussieht. Außerdem wirkte die Naht sehr beansprucht, sodass man sich kaum traut, es zu recht zu zupfen (und das obwohl ich nach der Größentabelle gekauft habe).
Shapen tut der Bund leider auch nicht sondern rollt sich zusammen.
Obwohl auf der Webseite steht, dass die Strumpfhose nicht ausleiert hat man nach dem ersten Anprobieren sofort gesehen, dass sie getragen wurde. Da bin ich von Bataillon Belette deutlich besseres gewohnt in Sachen Formbeständigkeit.
Und als krönender Abschluss dürfen Strumpfhosen nicht retourniert werden! Hätte ich das vorher gelesen hätte ich auf keinen Fall gleich zwei bestellt. Jetzt habe ich 70 Euro gezahlt für zwei Strumpfhosen die ich quasi nicht verwenden kann.

Unsere Strumpfhosen sind eigentlich für das angenehme Material und die bequeme Passform bekannt. Unsere Strumpfhosen passen auch unseren Kundinnen und Kunden mit sehr langen Beinen und kurvigen Figuren. Daher ist es sehr überraschend, dass Du das Gegenteil erfahren hast.
Wir würden uns den Fall jedoch sehr gern ansehen, um der Angelegenheit auf den Grund zu gehen und zu schauen, ob wir eventuell etwas für Dich tun können.
Darf ich Dich bitten uns per E-Mail (happy@hedoine.com) zu kontaktieren und eventuell Fotos mitzusenden? Wir hätten uns sehr gern direkt bei Dir gemeldet um die Sache schnellstens zu klären. Leider haben wir jedoch mit deinem Namen keine Bestellung finden können, welche ungefähr dem von Dir angegebenen Warenwert entsprechen würde.
In Bezug auf Retouren ist es generell (nicht nur bei uns) so, dass anprobierte oder getragene Strumpfhosen und Strümpfe aus Hygienegründen nicht retourniert werden können. Es tut uns sehr leid, wenn Du enttäuscht bist. In vielen Fällen freut sich jedoch ein Familienmitglied oder eine Freundin/ein Freund über den Artikel.

2 Strumpfhosen - 4 Laufmaschen
Grundsätzlich ist die Stumpfhose wirklich sehr schön und mit Abstand auch die angenehmste die ich je getragen habe! Ich habe mir diese 35€ für eine Strumpfhose aber viel mehr wegen dem Vesprechen, dass keine Laufmaschen entstehen, gegönnt!
Leider stimmt das nicht. Nach den ersten 4 Stunden tragen sind vom Bund aus zwei Laufmaschen entstanden. Ich habe freundlicherweise eine neue zugestickt bekommen, mit der Vermutung auf einen Produktionsfehler. Die neue habe ich nun 4x getragen und trotz behutsamen Umgang habe ich nun eine riesen Laufmasche am Oberschenkel und eine im Zehenbereich.
Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht, denn bei diesem Preis, sollte meiner Meinung nach ein Versprechen gehalten werden.

Great service, disappointing product
Two stars because the customer experience is faultless. When my pair of 60 denier tights ripped on first wear they were replaced no quibble. However, the replacement pair have gotten a large hole almost as quickly. I love the idea of these tights and the waist band is really comfortable but the longevity just isn't there. I have high street pairs which have lasted multiple seasons with no holes and at a much cheaper price.

Nice tights but they don’t last
I loved the idea of these tights but to be honest they’re no different to other tights in practice. I got 3 wears out of them before they laddered, and I’m always super cautious with tights usually. So could have saved a fair amount of money by just going for cheap tights as I don’t think the difference is enough. Maybe I just got a dudd pair…
My only positive is that they will biodegrade (but a lot of that may be greenwashing as it doesn’t say what they biodegrade into- and many “bio” products break down into chemicals still harmful to the environment”).

With respect to the biodegradable nature of the product, you would have to ensure you recycle the tights in a waste facility, where, once processed, the tights will break down into organic matter thanks to the natural functioning of bacteria in anaerobic conditions. This process takes up to 5 years and your old tights will then become mostly biomass or biogas. 🍃🌍

Worst Tights Ever
Although I purchased the 20 Den nude tights back in 2019, I had not worn them or even tried them on until today and actually had forgotten how expensive they are.
I ordered the correct size but with the low waist band. However, after wearing them at work for about 20 mins they were nearly down by my knees! So uncomfortable and felt awkward particularly as I was dealing with customers. I spent the rest of the day pulling them up and eventually ended up with two large holes in the waistband and had to remove as they just wouldn’t stay up. All very embarrassing and a total waste of money
Update: Hedoine asked for me information which I have emailed to them but not even the courtesy of a reply. Very disappointing

For me, the nude champaign was the perfect colour match. They are very comfortable, lasting and of good quality. Moreover, the box they came in is adorable, and it is good to know that all the package is recyclable 😉. I highly recommend these tights as they can't disappoint you.
