Comfortable but literally broke after 2 wears, totally unacceptable from £30 tights. I can’t believe I’ve spent so much money for tights that lasted less than Accessorise’s.

Environmentally friendly, the 30 deniers really don't ladder, and they look great. No shininess, which I hate on tights. Service and packaging was perfect too. Will be ordering more pairs!

These are the only tights!! Smooooth around the body which is just perfect for wearing under tight items, never ever rip, and if they catch they stay as just a tiny hole

Our tights are ladder-resistant and a lot more durable than other brands. Our error rate is below 1%. But please do email us via happy@hedoine.com, ideally with a photo of what the issue is, and the team will see what they can do for you.

Ich kenne wirklich keine bessere…
Ich kenne wirklich keine bessere Strumpfhose als die von Hedoine. Meine älteste ist 3(!!!) Jahre alt. Das hat noch keine geschafft. Das Material ist einfach toll, zwickt nicht und zeichnet sich auch nicht ab. I‘m a fan!!!
Einziger Wehmutstropfen - mein Lieblingsmodell „The Edgy“ läuft leider aus. Aber vielleicht kommen sie ja mit was Neuem.

I ordered 4 pairs of tights together…
I ordered 4 pairs of tights together with a friend. The first ones got two ladder the first time I tried them on and my friend's two pairs ripped within the first day.
I know they promise to send another pair but honestly I'd rather have my money back.

Hedoine Recyclebare Strumpfhosen
Leider muß ich für die Hedoine Strumpfhose meine Meinung ändern.
Die Recyclbaren sind zwar am Anfang sehr gut, gehen dann aber sehr schnell kaputt, leiern aus und sind spätestens nach dem 6. mal waschen nichts anderes mehr als Billigstrumpfhosen die nur noch am Hosenteil hängen.
Die zwei Sterne gebe ich nur, weil die anderen Strumpfhosen besser und haltbarer sind.
Den Kundendienst von Hedoine hat es leider nicht interessiert was ich zwei Wochen vorher als Verbesserung geschrieben hatte.

Poor quality
Tights look nice but are poorly made and the ‘ladder resist’ version certainly is not ladder resistant - huge ladder in them after 1 use only.

Schnell Loch in der Strumpfhose, aber keine Laufmasche
bequeme Strumpfhose, hatte aber leider am selben Abend gleich ein Loch. Laufmasche gabs dadurch, wie versprochen, nicht. Trotzdem sehr schade, dass sie so schnell kaputt gehen kann.

Insgesamt sind Hedoine Strumpfhosen strapazierfähiger, haltbarer und laufmaschenresistent, jedoch handelt es sich um feine 20 - 30 Denier. Löcher oder Zieher können vorkommen - dies kann selbst bei einer Jeans oder einer Bluse der Fall sein. Sollte es dennoch vorkommen, dass ein Loch entsteht, so führt dies nicht zu einer Laufmasche, die das Bein hoch oder runter kriecht. In vielen Fällen kann die Strumpfhose weiterhin getragen werden.

Ich habe ein Doppelpack bestellt, Sheer 100 ("Dark&Stormy"), leider hatte ein Paar ein kleines Loch. Ich habe dies reklamiert und erhielt die Antwort, ich solle das nächste Mal besser aufpassen beim Anziehen. Geht gar nicht, never again.

Vielen Dank für Dein Review. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Du enttäuscht bist.
Jede fertige Strumpfhose wird einer Qualitätsprüfung unterzogen. Dabei wird die Strumpfhose über ovale Zylinder, welche Beinen ähneln, gezogen. Die Strumpfhose wird dann auf Materialfehler geprüft, damit fehlerhafte Artikel an dieser Stelle aussortiert werden.
Du hattest uns auf Englisch geschrieben, daher hatten die Kollegen im Team auch auf Englisch geantwortet. Falls es hier zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist, tut uns dies sehr leid.
Wir sagten: "it’s important to still exercise care when you put them on, which I am sure you always do." Frei übersetzt "es ist wichtig, die Strumpfhose vorsichtig anzuziehen, was Du sicherlich immer tust." Sollte hier ein Missverständnis entstanden sein, tut uns dies in der Tat sehr leid.
Leider liegt jedoch kein Garantiefall vor. Daher konnte das Team leider nichts für Dich. Die Kollegen hatten Dir jedoch einen Rabatt für einen zukünftigen Kauf gewährt. Wir verstehen, dass Du enttäuscht bist. Solltest Du Dich jedoch entscheiden in der Zukunft von uns zu kaufen, kannst Du den Rabatt-Code verwenden, da er nicht abläuft.
