Wonderful tights - a must have
Wonderful tights, they follow your body-shape perfectly and your legs feel light at the end of the day!
I have tried also the bump friendly ones and they hold up your bump wonderfully lifting some weight! Amazing, all my family converted to Hedoine, best tights in the market

Great tights
Great tights , soft comfy enduring - very happy with them so far - they are my go to tights - also designed well to feel comfortable and containing . They don’t slip down either .

I love everything about your leg wear
I love everything about your leg wear, it's not say quite as luxe as Wolford, and for lasting easily 10x longer, I'm your biggest fan! ♥️♥️
The only thing I'll say negative is the packaging is pretty heavy weight against what's really needed to deliver a working product. Though I reuse the boxes for my various project stashes.

We don't want to be wasteful with nature's scarce resources, so our tights come in little cardboard boxes which are made from recycled material, and which are also recyclable. The boxes look elegant and can be stacked easily, and many of our customers like them because of these features. We do offer satin pouches as well for people who prefer them, but, by default, our tights come in more environmentally friendly packaging. We've passed your feedback with respect to the packaging on to the Product team. But we're glad to hear that you can use the boxes eslewhere.

Laddered after one use
The two pairs of tights I ordered both got ladders in them the first time I wore them. I'm completely shocked as I bought them under the recommendation that they were ladder resistant. I always expect tights to ladder at some point but after one wear is just ridiculous.

Don't waste your money on these
These tights are comfortable but not at all durable. Even the 100 denier tights laddered on the second wear for me. Not happy at all, don't waste your money on these!

It is very rare that ladders are reported on the Bold 100.
However, the Bold 60 and the Bold 100 are not part of the ladder-free collection. While these tights are durable, they're not indestructible, so treat them with care and they’ll love you longer.
May we also ask why you rated the service poorly as we haven't had any contact from you about this matter.
