Incredible quality and attention to detail, well worth the money. The size guide is accurate too. Plus the helpful and prompt customer service made all the difference. Received complimentary ratchets for my spare visor in my recent order. Great experience!

This is one of the best companies I ever bought from. The Hedonism helmet was custom painted and is the lightest most comfortable helmet i have owned. I own a modular Shoei and gave it to a friend. Too heavy and hot!

Con- The paint is very sensitive to scratching. My helmet tapped on the ground (The shell did not get damaged with the light fall.) The paint chipped. I was surprised. My bad! Do not use the goggle strap to move the helmet. It is a snap and not a rivet! Maybe sew it in to the helmet or rivet in to the helmet it will not support the weight of the helmet.

Pro- I contacted Anne with photos to make sure the helmet was ok. She replied and told me the marks were purely cosmetic and the helmet survived just fine. She would get me instructions and pantone codes to match the touchup paint.

Con- Only use "D" Rings on the chin strap. No option for ratchet like on Shoei. Kind of a pain. A live with thing that the helmet is so awesome.

Semi-Con- I'm in USA. Hedon is in England. The time difference usually only allows for one email reply per day so communication can be spotty, but they do reply!. No phone number for customer service I can find.

Also- The liner is permanent. You cannot easily add a Cardo communication system to it and Hedon works with Sena. Just be aware. You can add the cardo, but it would require messing with the liner. I dont want to talk to anyone while I rise anyways, but music would be nice.

All that being said! I bought a full faced helmet for Chicago winters without hesitation. Will continue to buy from them. Best helmet out there.

I've been searching for a bicycle helmet that suits my taste for a long time. For me, the HEDON Headstrong is the best bicycle helmet. Helme von Hedon sind schon etwas besonderes. Aber sobald es Probleme gibt (Farbe, Lieferung, Extrakosten) macht sich Hedon rar, entschuldigt sich tausendmal und anstatt dem Kunden entgegenzukommen, dreht man den Spieß um oder bietet einen Rabatt...aber erst auf eine erneute Bestellung. 4Sterne für den Helm (zu überteuert) und max. 2 Sterne für Kundenfreundlichkeit. Tip: vorort bei einem Dealer Helm testen und kaufen!

Great product and service

I needed to replace my Heroine Racer 1 that I purchased in 2018. Initially I thought I would try something different and bought from a competitor - cheaper and I felt a decent lid. However I realised my error which turned into an expensive one as I have now bought a new signature black heroine racer 2. The comparison with more mainstream helmets is stark - the comfort and field of view is exceptional and in every detail you see where the extra couple of hundred £ has gone. They are expensive but in my view are worth the money for many years of use. The racer 2 is quieter vs the 1, lighter and the new visor functionality an excellent upgrade. Also to note they come up bigger (i have a 59cm head and was an xl but am a large in the racer 2). Great service from Anne after a hiccup with delivery.

Que dire, si ce n'est répéter la qualité du produit, du choix des matériaux, de la peinture pour cette série limitée MALLE, toujours et encore sont au rendez-vous. Se sera mon second casque en 3 ans, et je trouve sincèrement que vous faites toujours de mieux en mieux.....

I thought that I would buy one of your helmets to see what they were like.

The first helmet I ordered turned out to be unavailable in the size you had advertised. After some correspondence I changed the order, with your agreement to a helmet in XXL. When the helmet arrived, you described it as XL, XXL. Odd.

When I looked at it, it looks like a small.

Anyway, it seems the time has run out and you have managed to unload what I presume is a surplus size on a customer who wanted one of your helmets.

I am considering my options.
