I started looking for a new helmet that would offer great protection, visibility, comfort and wouldn’t look out of place on vintage motorcycles. I have been wearing Shoei helmets for the past couple of decades, and although they are great helmets, it was time for something new. I saw the Hedon helmets in a review and started checking them out. I liked the looks, quality, finishes and keen attention to detail. I contacted the company and received quick responses to my numerous questions. I found a number of helmets that I liked, and found the Heroine Racer Interstellar 2.0 for sale at Revzilla and purchased it. I came in the mail a few days earlier and when I pulled it out of the box, i said WOW! I act never seen such quality. I pulled the straps and put it on, and my head felt like it was in heaven. It was simply incredible. If you are looking for a great helmet, do yourself a favor and check out Hedon.

The helmet is really nice, but the customer service not up to the level of the quality of the product.

They live up to the brand's name and made sure that your concerns, issues, etc., are all accommodated and resolved accordingly. They are both great and superb. The helmet is also stunning. I received a recommendation for the Hedon helmet I purchased from ChatGPT. My requirements were a perfect match for the Hedon brand. The Hedon helmet I bought is very well made. The after-sales support regarding my questions about the visor I ordered was excellent. I wear glasses, and the Hedon team gave me very good advice. After the start of the new season, I'm considering getting a full-face helmet from Hedon to complement my current open-face helmet. Hedon team: keep up the good work!

Ich habe sehr lange überlegt, ob und was ich zu meinen negativen Erfahrungen mit Hedon abschließend sage.
Ich war wohl einer derjenigen Kunden, die einen der letzten Epicurist 1 Helme direkt bei Hedon gekauft haben. Ich wusste allerdings nicht, dass bereits ein neuer Helm in Vorbereitung war. Man sagt es mir auch nicht. Nur wenige Monate später benötigte ich wegen einem Kratzer ein neues Visier. Bereits zu diesem Zeitpunkt gab es keinen Ersatz mehr, weder bei Hedon noch im Sekundär Handel. Zuerst vertröstete man mich über Monate. Nach langem Hin und Her hat mir der Support dann einen Epicurist 2 mit Rabatt angeboten. Das Visier des neuen Helm sei nicht abwärts kompatibel und Ersatzvisiere für den ersten Helm würden nicht mehr angeboten.
Das ist die sprichwörtliche „Notlösung“, die bei einem 600-€-Helm eigentlich eine Frechheit ist. Ich sitze nun auf einem Helm, der seine Hauptfunktion verloren hat. Dass man den ersten Epicurist in dieser bescheidenen Situation nicht einfach zurücknehmen wollte, ist ein Armutszeugnis für den Hersteller-Support. Meine Erfahrung: Bei Hedon handelt sich wohl eher um eine Lifestyle Boutique als um einen soliden Hersteller, der auf einen nachhaltige Zufriedenheit seiner Kunden setzt. Da nutzen all die schönen Materialien gar nichts, wenn der Helm innerhalb kurzer Zeit nichts mehr wert ist. Noch ein Hinweis: Druckknöpfe zur Befestigung eines fixen Visier sind nicht vorhanden. Nach der Demontage des Klappvisier zeigte sich, dass Hedon zur Befestigung einfach vier Muttern nachträglich in der Helmschale gebohrt und verklebt hat. Dabei wurde so unsauber gearbeitet, dass eine Nutzung ohne Visier einfach nur schlimm aussieht und ebenso ausscheidet.

Speedy delivery from the UK to Germany. Shipping costs are at the high side.

I've used many Helmets over the last 35 years but the Hedon helmet is just a level above anything else I've ever worn!

Is this company even for real to do business outside UK?

I am in USA, on January 24th 2026, placed a regular full face helmet order on HEDON website (not a sample, last chance or final sale). I received the HEDON Helmet as ordered and wearing it, I needed a size up.

Contacted customer support, who indicated they have now discontinued that specific color of helmet and to choose an alternative in the same category / range for exchange.

I & HEDON agreed on the exchange model, I was asked for pay for international returns shipment which was done. HEDON acknowledged the payment receipt and confirmed model / size that will be exchanged / sent.

The Courier already picked up the helmet from me and post that HEDON sends an email I need to pay extra $$$ to get my exchange.

Port out the customer service department, I had ridiculous prices trying to sort out a very small problem. Eventually sorted but only after a lot of pushing, and we are talking about £10

Responsive customer service. Helped me find the helmet I wanted, worked through online/in stock discrepancy.

Customer service was timely and professional. The helmet was pure artwork.
