We bought the 3 hearts as Valentine’s for our dogs, everywhere had sold out, and their rep contacted hellobeenie direct to see if they had any left….x hellobeenie contacted me directly, to say they could get me a set, in a couple of days….. fabulous customer service to go above and beyond to help us out!!!! Dogs are desperate for them, but have to wait til Valentine’s Day!!!

Absolutely lovely delivery to receive! Not only did we get what we ordered, but also some sweets, a bracelet & a biscuit for our pooch. Thank you for the personal touches as well as great quality toys for our dog.

Great dog leads…….unique and fabulous quality

I’ve decided to buy leads and harnesses for the two dogs of my cousin and I’m so glad I did. Everything looks so good, I’m excited to give her my present. The ombré collection is absolutely beautiful, I took the yellow and the green and they look even better in person. The leads are thick and they feel luxurious. The box came so beautifully wrapped with a little thank you card and treats.
Keep up guys, I hope you never loose the personal attention you now share.
