If I could select minus stars I would! We booked flights in 2022, they made an error and issued us vouchers. We decided to use the vouchers for our honeymoon, however the service has been absolutely atrocious. They’re unable to take responsibility for their mistakes, although having proof of their wrongdoing. They wanted us to pay more money, but we simply will NEVER use or recommend this service. Don’t waste your time or energy

Please, save your money and avoid this company at all costs. If you do decide to deal with them, record every single interaction! You’ll need it, believe me, because they’ll dodge responsibility and you’ll likely never see a refund. We’re pursuing legal action through the fraud line, and I strongly urge anyone else who’s been scammed to do the same. Don’t let them get away with it!"

I wish I could give Hello Flights zero stars. This company is nothing short of a scam. They lure you in with seemingly great deals, only to cancel your flight after you’ve paid and keep your money.

I was in a desperate situation—my father had passed away, and I needed to fly home for his funeral. Instead of compassion, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The representatives treated me like I was a nuisance, even shouting at me when I expressed my distress. They showed absolutely no morals during an incredibly difficult time.

If you’re considering using Hello Flights, please think twice. They’ve turned a heartbreaking situation into a nightmare, leaving my partner and me stressed and insulted. I have documented all of my conversations and emails with them, and I strongly recommend you do the same. You will likely need this evidence when you report them, as I am doing now.

This company needs to be stopped. They belong in the fraud department, and I urge everyone to file a report. Don’t fall for their tricks—save your money and your sanity.

Clarified very clearly to the company having read reviews whether the price would change and if the seats were confirmed- was told yes all
Confirmed and price guaranteed …. Paid deposit of £140 on 19/10 and they put in writing seats are confirmed and price guaranteed.
Today I called up wanting to pay the full fare so I could obtain tickets as have been feeling unsettled by this company…. Low and behold was told the return seats not available - yet I had to go
On this actual flight as travelling with ppl that have already booked - the price had gone up and I have been given
Complete different flights on days I can’t travel … my friend works in Emirates and has confirmed those seats are fully available and I am being scammed - one of the passengers is a police officer so we are going to see what can be done about this company …. Please save yourself agro and do not use this company- I will
Work closely with trading standards to get this company closed down and we are reviewing if we can handle this case as a criminal matter . They play this game

This is the recent message I got from them so you can see how they scam. When going to pay full fare after getting deposit they will suddenly say the flights not available and blame airline but the flights are available Emirates have confirmed:

Dear Customer,

Apologize for the inconvenience, it was a delay from airline so it was not our fault but in the end we have received response by airline.

The ticket of Emirates cannot be issue, you need to take the alternative option, please check the details below and reply on this email if you want us to issue your E-tickets.
COMPLETE LIE IVE CHECKED- which travel agents reserve flights and then it’s never available and it’s airline fault ? Only this one as it’s a scam and then they ask more and the more you pay the more theres a problem so you keep paying more . I even spoke to them about negativity reviews and they lie and see it’s a competitor lying…. Anyone who uses them I promise you will regret it - stay away and let me see what I can do here to end the fraud and scam.
