Was taken in by reviews, 2 days and both thumbs peeled off, fortunately enough in pack to replace but I won't bother again for the price really disappointed with the hype, had they lasted a fortnight I would have been sold but £15 for 2 days wear takes the biscuit. Won't be back shame as had high hopes.

I’ve had fibreglass nails for years and my nails got into a proper state , thin peeling and soft … I started using hello nails to grow my own nails and I am so pleased to have found this as I have had 3 sets now each lasts at least 2 weeks (and that includes going away swimming every day!) and I’ve just ordered 3 more sets … flippin love Hellonails

Wow! I really no good at doing my nails, but these wraps are so easy to apply. You receive everything you need with each set (file, cuticle stick) and clear instructions. I tried them first on my mum. She was so pleased (and its her birthday coming up) that I have bought her the starter kit too. So far they have lasted nearly two weeks with no lifting. She loves that they hide the ridges on her nails. I finally got round to doing them on myself (going to a wedding tomorrow). I have pink glittery ones and they honestly look like glass, so lovely and shiny! 100% recommended!

Excellent product. Used first the first time over a week ago and they’re still going strong - no chips, no peeling etc. very easy and quick to apply. So impressed I’ve ordered some more packs. Thank you!

I’ve just discovered Hello Nails and I’m absolutely hooked!

They are so easy to apply — I’d definitely recommend watching the application video on their website, as it makes the whole process really straightforward. My first set was actually put on just to see how easy they were to apply, knowing I wanted to change them after a few days for the French polish… and I was so impressed!

They look fantastic and, even more importantly, they are incredibly hard-wearing. I muck out my horse every day, so my nails certainly get put through their paces, and I’m amazed at how well they’ve withstood it all! 🐴😂

They’re also really easy to remove and, unlike some products I’ve tried, they don’t leave any horrible sticky residue behind.

As an added bonus, one of my thumb nails had split vertically right down the middle. Hello Nails have allowed me to keep the nail protected and looking great rather than having to cut it short — an unexpected but very welcome benefit!

I’m definitely hooked and will 100% be ordering more.

Great company, excellent customer service and products. These gel nails are pretty straightforward to apply, once you get the knack; just watch the instructional videos. Last 3 weeks plus, depending how you look after them. Look lovely with a great choice of designs. Easy to remove, do not damage nails like salon nails and much cheaper!

Customer service is poor and the refund & return policy (100% guarantee) if you're not happy is a load of rubbish. Nails didn't even last an hour. Customer services claiming full application instructions not followed. Don't forget to heat with the hairdryer first! Wouldn't recommend. Despite your response I stand by my review and the so called customer service is more like criticism! There are many other reviews who have had the same issues as I have.

Followed all instructions and put them on before sleep so they had optimal time to settle. Got up the next morning and 5 fell off in the shower. 2 more fell off whilst drying my hair. I bought the starter set so wasted £50. Thanks for nothing Hello Nails. The set did look nice for the brief time it was on

So impressed with my first set that I ordered a bundle. I had a slight problem with this order but after I reached out I had a very prompt reply and an immediate resolution. Customer service was fantastic! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Since I first tried these wraps, I haven’t used anything else on my nails and always get compliments on my “nail varnish”. No chipping a few days after, they last me 3 weeks and the only reason I change them is because my nails grow, not because they look a mess! Best thing ever! Thank you Hello Nails. I love you!

I've just applied my first nails a few days ago. I feel I made a good job at my first attempt, as I've had compliments off friends
They were very easy to apply even with my left hand! I like the way they stretch slightly as everyone has different shaped nails, especially width ways.
Cured easily and added a top coat, they seem very robust. I can't comment on how long they last yet, but I'm pretty confident that they will last 2 to 3 weeks, or on the removal process.
Buying a second set for my holiday in October, as i think if i break one or one does come off, it'll be easy to replace.
So far I'm impressed, 👍🏻
One request, can you design some lace effect ones, would be nice as I have a wedding to attend next year 🥰💅

Beautiful colours. Easy to use. Just one thing how do you use the led machine it as 3 settings do you do the 1st then 2nd then 3 rd. Or cam you just go to 3 first. Not sure how to use as know instructions.

I bought some semi cured gel nails to try recently because I couldn't get a pre-holiday appointment. They arrived quickly but still on the last minute for my holiday, so I applied them in a bit of a rush! However, they look lovely, were easy to apply and shape with curved scissors (I like them short).
They've been on for a week and a half now and still look good. But they catch my hair under the cuticle end. I'm going to try applying a top coat of get varnish to prevent this.
I think I'll get better at applying them and have ordered several more packs in different colours/designs. They look professional and are really pretty.

Quedan bonitas pero...A ver, tienes lo que pagas. Pagas poco por lo tanto el servicio es con productos y limados que te destrozan las uñas. Yo con dos manicuras tengo las uñas absolutamente destrozadas.

Me llamaron y les dije que me retrasaba 10 minutos. Me dijeron que si era así, no había problema. Y cuando llegué, no quisieron atenderme, me hicieron desplazarme en balde. No les importan las personas, lo único que les importa es atender los 30 minutos y ya está.
Cero calidad humana. No volveré a este sitio.

These nails actually work! They stay on, don’t chip and don’t damage your actual nails. They even stayed on through a pottery class having been on for 2weeks already. I’m known for chipping nails from the salon within 2 days or them lifting but these are so pretty and strong. I’ve recommended them to everyone.

They really are a game changer, love that you can just put them on at home, they last ages, don’t chip, look good and you can change them easily when you get bored. Mine don’t come off too easily and do peel a bit of nail off but small price to pay and nails definitely seem more healthy than when done in a salon.
