They don’t reply to emails, the product ships from China (that is not disclosed), poor communication on when a product will ship or arrive, and I wish I would have done more research before agreeing to order my daughters prom dress from some no-name website. It’s not like this was cheaper than going to a store, I paid $160 including shipping and that was after a discount code. I’ll update more once (if) we receive the dress.

Ordered a dress tried emailing not getting any response tried doing a chat on website they asked what the issue was never asked order or confirmation number but responded your order takes 48 hrs to process it’s been over a week dress is needed for prom. I’m thinking it’s a scam

My prom is the beginning of April and I have not received any update on my dress even though I paid extra for shipping insurance and expedited shipping. My order number is WBHMUSSL7517. This website is definitely a scam and I just want my dress!

This company is an absolute scam do not buy anything from here. The quality is poor and stinks of gone off fish. Sizing is completely inaccurate and it takes about a month to arrive. When I’ve tried to return my items for a refund I was offered 12 or 17 dollars refund when I paid 95 pound for the dress. When I queried this they then offered me 25 dollars or 100 dollar coupon code to buy with them again(why the he’ll would any customer want that after being unsatisfied with the current order) and this can only be issued if the product is returned to China or America and postage is paid by the customer! Awful customer service awful product. The business should be shut down. Do not give your money to these people.

I have been trying for days to get into contact with hellymoon, says live chat? But no link to anything. My order has been saying “placed” with no further updates for a month.. I have sent two emails and still no reply, anyone else have this problem? Worried I got scammed and I need this dress by the 22nd for my sisters quince..

My wife and I have been trying to cancel the order she placed on Friday immediately after ordering as she no longer needed as she found a dress locally that fit her needs. Our order WBHMUSSL7312 has not been canceled and not funds returned and we have had ZERO responses from Hellymoon. It also shows live chat is available on their site but there are no links to chat live with someone for assistance. We tried to cancel within an hour of ordering. Hellymoon, please cancel and make this right.
UPDATE 3/4- as of thie monring at 2:27 am, Hellymoon finally connected and provided the necessary refund. IT would be easier in the future if there was a means to update orders and or cancel via your website or a phone number to connect with customer service instead of via email which seems to have slow response time based on the number of reviews. I have updated to 2 stars based on this recent development.

Terrible customer service do not buy on this site, I bought a quinceanera dress almost a month I have sent them multiple emails to get a follow up of my order WBHMUSSL6447 but so far I have not gotten a response, they do not bother to answer your emails so I can not trust them, better make another purchase on a page that is here in the U.S. more reliable. I'll start to make my claim for fraud in my bank account because I fell into the hands of scammers.

Don’t buy from this company horrible service they don’t respond to your messages I ordered a dress from them till now I didn’t receive it. Trash service one start for your fraud company too much for you.You said you don’t have a record that’s the order number WBHMUSSL6680 I send too many emails to see a response from you. You guys don’t even bother to reply back. it keeps saying it’s preparing for tracking stop showing people that you guys respond if you do you would respond to ur customer service

Buyer beware: I ordered a dress on December 14, 2024, and I still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and was informed that shipments are delayed due to weather conditions. I am now reaching out to my bank to file a fraud claim for a full refund.

I'm definitely one of the ones to have a bad experience. I ordered a dress almost a month ago, and now my event is in a week and still no sign if the dress. It has been in transit for over a week with no update, except that it's in transit and thanks for waiting. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I will be disputing with my credit card company. Do not order from here.

Good Costumer Service!! Great Quality!! I ordered my Hoco Dress from here not knowing it wasn’t an american website. I got really scared at first but when the dress arrived it was great quality and looked exactly like the picture. The size didn’t fit, and i had no problem returning the dress and getting it in a different size!! I will be buying my prom dress from here!!

First, I received an email saying there was a delay in the dresses. I contacted them asking for refund- since the dresses would not be delivered in time for the event. They said no.
Then after a couple of weeks when I finally received the order. I got the same dress in 2 sizes (1 of my usual size and 1 size up) as the website said easy returns. Neither dress fit- both we were too small.
Finally, I sent an email asking for a return. They responded to me saying they only take returns within 7 days of receiving items. Yes, I was over 7 days late, but geez thats a short time. Especially since you cannot ahip the order in a timely manner.
Prices are not great- got better deals at Dillards where I had to buy another dress due to their slow shipping. (Which they claim is quick- it is not!!!!- took almost a month to get items)
Buy elsewhere and save your time, money, and frustration!

I ordered a suit which looked terrible quality and also the sizes did not match up with the actual sizes of the garments. I would say it was all about 2 to 3 sizes smaller. I have sent several emails to both email addresses advertised without any response back. Do not buy from this retailer. Also when you try and return about 40% of the cost is shipping which you do not get back if you return. They always ask you to keep the item for a discounted price. I would highly recommend staying away from this retailer.

I followed all of the return procedures correctly. The dress has been mailed back and it has been over a month. I still do not have my refund and the company will not respond to any of my emails.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I experienced such awful customer service. I bought my dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress I got was similar but different from the one I ordered. I reached out immediately to the customer service department to initiate a return with no luck. I have sent 3 emails since then with zero communication to return this dress. I’ve never dealt with such a horrible company. I will be contacting my credit card company to begin a fraud investigation.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for homecoming which did not fit her. They tried to negotiate with me instead of accepting a return; keep the dress and get a small percentage refunded. I requested a full refund, and after a while they obliged, on several conditions. I must return the dress at my own cost, send a picture of the package before sent, and provide them with the tracking number. They were great at communicating right up until it was time to provide me with a refund. They have not aknowledged any of my emails in over a month, and prior to me shipping the package they would respond in a matter of minutes. Very disappointing.

I sent you an email to the one I had previously been communicating with you until I sent my shipment with the information you requested. Since my username is my email, I’m not comfortable posting that on here. Here is the order number WBHMUSSL2306. If you need more Info please respond to the email I sent to customercare at hellymoon.com or customercare at zapaka.com (I saw this email offered to one of the other customers on here in my exact same situation) The tracking shows that it was received on September 28.

Please make sure what you’re buying is something you love and for sure fit. It’s been a nightmare working with returns.I recently bought a dress from them for my engagements. Unfortunately the chest area was too small. I emailed the return dept literally the same day as I know I wanted to return it. They literally try to do everything but give you a refund. Offering 10% back, 30% back and allowing you to keep it, but that’s nothing when you’ve paid 100 bucks for the dress and you can’t fit it. Then they give you all these instructions on how to process the return, which I followed. Finally they processed it but never refunded, it’s been days since they’ve responded on my follow up emails. They were good and prompt with emails up until the return order had been delivered. It’s been a nightmare. All I ask for is communication and feedback on the update, as far as the refund. I sent proof of everything to make sure it was done correctly. I am willing to update this review as soon as I’m given my refund.
