Do not buy from this company. They make you pay to ship it back, don't refund the shipping cost, and then will confirm receipt of the items and lie about the refund. They claim they refunded $401 and never did. It's been months and they've provided absolutely no proof of a refund but refuse to do anything but claim that they did refund. I've been disputing this for months with nothing. They didn't respond to any of my emails for a month and customer support is either a scam or absolutely useless.

Order before reading reviews that were not so great, so it made me nervous. Luckly, I had an amazing experience the tracking was provided fast; the item was delivered way sooner than expected. Lastly, the dress is amazing! great quality fits perfect and is just like the picture/description.

Hellymoon sent me the wrong dress twice, and the second time around I even had to pay the shipping as they just asked me to order it again. I then emailed about it and they initially refused a refund. I then challenged it and they have been "looking into it" for over a month. I don't think I will see that money again.
They are sending these dresses from China, probably from a Shein/Temu warehouse with an inflated pricetag.
Absolutely avoid, I feel I got scammed here. I paid the full price plus extra shipping and never got the item I ordered.

Zero ⭐️ I ordered the dress in April paid for express shipping, didn’t receive it until two weeks later paid 160.00 including shipping! Sent the dress back which cost me an extra $30. They received the dress back May 29. I had several emails back and forth with them saying they have escalated it to the correct department. On July 12th they sent me a email saying order was refunded to original payment method which was never received as of today. They keep telling me to check with my bank but that was not the original payment method. I am out of $190 total because this company is a scam! Also the quality of the dress was comical. Unless you want to waste money I suggest you stay far far away from this company!

Absolutely shocking company. Quality of clothing is laughable and customer service is non existent. I've lost £140 with this company and a further £30 returning post that they refuse to now refund. I'm £170 and have nothing to show for it. I have contacted their customer service many times and they keep sending very unhelpful responses. They clearly are a sham company, do not use at all!

Do not buy anything from this site! Outfit purchased, when arrived the quality and state was laughable! Immediately returned, have photographic proof of delivery and postage proof but they have refused to refund, their email correspondence is atrocious and sketchy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Awful, rubbish service!!! Order number wbhmuk2421 ordered a dress in green paid extra for express delivery which still took over 2 weeks to arrive. Dress arrived in Blue & they would not send replacement or refund or even refund postage or return postage costs. Now paid a further £17.00 to return the dress. Still no refund or replacement dress

Terrible experience. Received dress and it looked nothing like the original image and was cheaply made so it looked more like a costume.
Returns policy makes no sense and is difficult to do (intentionally I imagine) and the clothing itself is expensive and overpriced for what the end product is. Have received better stuff on SHEIN for a tenner.
Update: Returns email bounced back so doesn’t appear to exist. Can’t get in contact with anyone.

Absolutely terrible company. They steal images from genuine companies and use them as their own, send you the wrong size dress and the item you receive is awful quality and nothing like the pictures show. They refused to issue you a refund for returns when they’ve knowingly sent you the wrong size and item. I’ve reported them to Klarna, Google, trading standards and now putting a warning to anyone who’s thinking about using them. Please don’t use this company

I attempted to return a dress that was ill fitting and honestly poor quality for the price. Per their policy, I sent them an email within 7 days of receiving the dress (2 days after to be specific). It took over a month to receive a response, saying that the return had to be initiated within 7 days and that I could not return it anymore. Absolutely insane- avoid at all costs!

I will update fully. I purchased a prom suit from them - size too small - contacted them did not get an answer until weeks later. requested refund as prom camne ad went and I bought new suit . They are only offering 20%.

I have been in contact or trying to contact customer services for months and now a review has been put on trustpilot suddenly they are offering to make it right. I paid £116 for a dress which included delivery and I have had £10 returned. The dress was not the colour or style wanted.
I reiterate do not buy from this company .

I order daughter’s senior prom dress. I paid expedited shipping. I never received the dress. Or received my money back. They kept saying it’s processing it’s processing then they said it’s ready to ship and I still haven’t received any shipping info. Here it is the day before prom and still no dress. They have stopped responding to my emails. Oh they also only offered to give me back my shipping amount and not a full refund even though they didn’t abide to their own tailoring and shipping time as stated on their website underneath the particular dress I ordered.

Ordered a custom sized prom dress it was made incorrectly and was 3inches to small didn't answer emails or resolve anything.

UPDATE! After a week I finally heard back from the company stating the dress was ready to ship. I explained to them that I needed my money back as if would not arrive in time. They responded again saying that it was shipping out soon. Once again I stated that I just wanted a refund and that if I did not receive it I would dispute the charges through PayPal. They ended up giving me a full refund. I had my money back in 3 days. So although I can not review the product if you have plenty of time to wait for the dress this could work for you.
I ordered a dress on Monday April 29th and the website stated it was in stock and would ship within 48 hours. We had very limited time to receive the dress but since it said it would ship in 48 hours and we paid expedited shipping I expected and trusted it would. However it has now been 5 days and our event is a week from tomorrow. I have emailed several times asking to cancel my order and refund our money since we know at this point the dress will not arrive in time. Radio silence from them. I would like my money back so we can put it toward something different. Beware of buying from a company who does not respond to their customers and lies on their website. I will be disputing the charges through PayPal. Hope everyone reads these reviews and saves themselves the hassle of working with this company and wasting their hard earned money on a scam.

ordered a few dresses for my daughters prom, much the same as a lot of people- the company DO NOT respond within 24 hours if you try to cancel: so according to them, despite the fact THEY haven't responded. You're not eligible for a refund: I've raised a dispute but the customer service is vile. Despite sending pictures as proof of TRYING to contact them… they are refusing EVEN though I am within their ‘policy’.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought a dress from this company and a few weeks later it came in the mail. It arrived ripped and damaged. Pieces of it weren’t completely sewn together and it was clearly not wearable. The day I received it I emailed asking for a return and they never answered. The company waited until after 7 days which is their return policy to answer my email. They emailed back saying the 7 days had passed and I could no longer return the dress. Even though I asked for a return within a day of receiving it. There is no way to contact the company, they don’t answer emails and there is no phone number. Please don’t waste your money.
