If this idea is to resolve the Tenents original problem, that is still not yet resolved in my case, no one turned to the property to check the issue. If the remote engineer is suggesting to send someone to visit the property urgently, that’s should happen in another 1 day. I not able to use bathtub and kitchen sink for the last 3 days. It’s really frustrating still no one came to check the problem.

The video call system is great but this is way too many steps to report something that is broken or does not work anymore in the property. I received 6 or 7 emails in 1 minute just after reporting the issue!

Simon was really helpful and efficient and a really great communicator, helping me locate the issue and a way to resolve it within 15 minutes. He also messaged me to assure me that someone would be in contact in the morning to further resolve the issue for good
