Service excellent
Service excellent. Product received in 3 days. I had been using broad spectrum CBD but some research told me the full spectrum would be more effective. This proved to be true for me after having tried both. 1 bottle of full was the same price as 3 of the broad but its false economy as you need far less of this product to achieve better results. Thoroughly recommend.

I cannot thank Hempura enough. Their customer service is exceptional. The staff are kind, polite, knowledgable & a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem that was dealt with quickly & efficiently. I order the full spectrum highest strength oil for my father which he finds invaluable. We have tried other oils but always return to Hempura & don't plan to change anymore. Easy ordering and excellent support
The product information was well presented and ordering easy. Within the guidelines of what can be said about the benefits of such products I found the documentation helpful. The support desk was also very helpful in dealing with queries.
Ordering and delivery of the goods was relatively quick with the product arriving within 4 days of order.
