HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

Works smoothly and fast too
I have been using Heptapay for almost two years now and I am happy with their service, they work on the feedback received to improve their service. Sending money to Rwanda works smoothly with a few clicks.

Works as expected
So far, the service works as expected. Delivery is with in 3 minutes for the two transactions I have done.

HeptaPay helped me handle my cash transition needs! Great job!
It took four tries for me to complete my transaction but that reflects a blend of my errors, my bank's fraud protections, and the need to harmonize with the team at HeptaPay. When I encountered issues it was great that staff there at HeptaPay responded to my emails very quickly. I was certainly impressed and would definitely use Hepta Pay for future transactions in East Africa.

KEPT THE PROMISE
I mistakenly sent money to a wrong number and asked for a reversal of the transaction. HeptaPay promised to do the reversal in 3 days and indeed they kept their word and reversed my transaction in 3 days. HeptaPay is number 1.
