My experience was more of confusion than anything else. Thinking you are looking at an advert for one place then ending up with costs to another. I also once again realize that free is not really free, but then again reading fineprint should maybe also be a thing. I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly my case was seen to. The responses was quick and efficient. Over all, I am impressed how fast everything was resolved.

4.3 rating pfft farce clearly fake reviews! This is a God's honest truthful review. Basically bought a one off item purchase it clearly stated at the bottom aswell giving you the option to sign up for a membership which I did not tick. Then I have been charged the incorrect amount and now when I have tried to cancel my membership it stated I couldn't do it until 24 hours had surpassed. I went back on there 3 days later because I have been charged 6.95 euros for what please?! Didn't sign up to anything it's saying when I go on to my account I have a membership utter joke still saying the same robotic message 3 days later cannot cancel until 24 hours have passed so I go on to the live chat to speak to one of there agents. Rude and unhelpful wasn't listening or reading my messages at all one word answers and short sentences back and refused to refund me aswell please steer clear from this scam charlatan of a website. Do not click on anything and do not give them your details or order anything fraudulent little con artists!
