My order was for side windows on my 1970 VW Bus restoration project. I was having difficulty finding replacement windows in the US and found them at Heritage in the UK. They shipped and arrived in a very safe package without any breakage. Came rather quickly I might add. Great job and great service.

I placed an order for anti roll bar…

I placed an order for anti roll bar drop links I thought I was buying 2 because of the price my mistake. So I phoned heratage parts centre to cancel this order I explained that WALESWOOD 944 was selling 2 drop links for the same price. I received an email from heratage to say that my order was cancelled. Two days later this item arrived. Very disappointed with this company and I wouldn't expect to order again.

Fantastic effort Heritage.

Item lost in transit and awaiting…

Item lost in transit and awaiting resolution.
Contacted DPD to be directed to retailer.
Retailer then requests delivery the following day.
Item still lost therefore delivery cannot occur regardless of request.

Hi Mark, we are sorry for DPDs failure to deliver. Our operative did request redelivery because DPD told him that it was in the hub and you could collect. It has since updated to missing, we have emailed to say we are replacing.
