Glue came apart strap now useless no backup whatsoever, no return emails or calls back number not answered at all.

Horrible experience. I really wish I had seen this page before buying one. Mine broke after three uses. Then you can't get in touch. If you are thinking of buying a Hero strap think about trying their telephone number or email first. See if you can get a reply. Your strap will arrive but after that you will be on your own!

I ordered two watch straps a month ago and have not received them - I’ve sent three e-mails which have been ignored and called the number on the website to which there was no answer. Avoid!

Edit: I’ve received a refund now after one of my emails was answered - would still not recommend this company.

Terrible product, only lasted 4 weeks before it started to fall apart, tried to complain but didn’t even get a response!

Exact same experience as other reviewers. Poor quality product and repeated attempts at contact in accordance with their own return policy have been ignored. Avoid!

SCAM! Do not shop with this vendor, have had a very poor experience!

Ordered my Apple Watch strap (a 38/40/41mm Braided Solo Loop Strap) thinking that at the £24 price it would be a better quality one than something for £6-8 on Amazon. Unfortunately it was even worse (bought a strap on Amazon for £7.49 so I could genuinely compare and is far superior)!

The links at the end of the strap that slide into the Apple Watch are made of bare aluminium and not as shown in their product pictures as being the same colour as the strap (and also not like the pictures in their reviews, clearly fake ones…). They are also not made to a high quality as once clipped in they are loose and rattle. To make matters worse the fabric was also frayed on one end.

Would have been happy to just return for a refund but they do not provide return details until you contact them but 7 days later and I still haven’t heard back from them despite sending 3 emails. Also can’t get through to them on their phone number. So I have no way of even trying to get my money back! Very disappointed…

Happy customer here, was sceptical at first and was expecting a cheapo trial loop…tbh well packaged and decent quality for a clone strap. If your contemplating on paying top price for an og Apple strap I’d deffo consider Hero 👍🏼

Scammers, poor quality compared to the pictures, and if you want to return it you have to email them to get the return registered and their address, which obviously gets ignored (it's been 2 days since I've contacted them, I'll come with an update if it's the case )

I've tried looking for updates on shipping but there is nothing. When you try to call, they don't respond and same with email.
Don't be tricked by this con.

I had bad experience here
No way to do return on their website you have to write an email to return your order or call them but unfortunately no answers at all even after 48hours of trying.
The quality isn’t good for the price.
