The first time I ordered earrings from your shop, everything was perfect. The quality was excellent, and the delivery to Ukraine took only 19 days.
However, with my second order, I received only two earrings instead of four, and they do not match the product photo at all. Furthermore, my phone number (or country code) was entered incorrectly, which made it impossible for me to track or pick up the package. It almost got sent back, and I nearly didn't receive it at all.
Please refund my money or send me the correct order.

Die Bestellung ist etwa einen Monat später angekommen. Zwar war der Schmuck (wie bei dem Preis erwartet) nicht allzu hochwertig aber völlig in Ordnung und alles war da. Ja, die Lieferzeit ist lang und ja man kann die Sendung nicht wirklich gut verfolgen aber letztendlich gibt es auf der Seite eine wirklich große Auswahl an schönen Schmuckstücken. Ich kann rera alles in allem empfehlen, auch wenn ich eine zweite Bestellung eher nicht nochmal aufgeben will.

I’ve cancelled my order in the next hour and wrote an email. Yet they proceed with my order, completely ignore the email although it’s been two days after I’ve sent it. Not recommended. Very poor support.
