Ordered and never received my order. Am reporting them.

Ordered a map on 9th of November 2017. Never got it. They claim it is stuck in customs, because it is completely sealed?? What packages are not sealed?
I habe tried to get the tracking number, but they just say that they "checked it for me". And after reading these comments, I realized that there is no way for them to have known that the package is stuck in customs..
Now they say they will send DHL if I contact them. Did not respond to my email..

The same. Order didn't delivered from 09/11/17.
Today I wrote reguest to my bank to return my payment.
It's takes time. But i hope at least return my money.
If all who havn't received the map will do the same, then there is a hope that this company will no longer be able to mosh.

I've had the same issue, there is this girl "Nicole" who has been answering me some e-mails. Today I made a call to my local courrier and they have not received any package from these people (I placed my order in September).
We can't leave this issue aside, we must sue these mdfks and get our money back!

I found Hex through a Facebook advertisement. It all looked professional. Based on this I purchased the scratch map at the beginning of November 2017 for s Christmas present and guess what, it's not arrived.
I smelled a rat when their email used poor English, plus there was a lack of contact details. I feel stupid to have been duped as I consider myself to be pretty good at spotting scammers.
I'm reporting them to Facebook.

Same thing - ordered the map more than 4 weeks ago at my son’s request - 1 of 2 things he asked for for Christmas! Not arrived, stuck in customs apparently. Should have checked out reviews before purchasing!

Another person scammed by this company i have now been waiting since 6th November - they just say its on its way but basically they just say ts on the way - this was for my 9 year old daughters xmas present! they just steal money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I bought something 2 months ago and still haven't received my item
They promise you on the site 3-5 days or worst case 30days and I'm yet to receive my item
CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES TO COMPLAIN AND ALL I GET IS " it has been sent out it will arrive" THEY CANT EVEN TRACK MY ITEM TO SEE WHERE IT IS AS REQUESTED!!!

Awful company to order from. Been over 1 month now and have not received my order, yet Customer Service continues to 'assure me that it's on its way'. Completely unhelpful just copying and pasting from their FAQ page. Do not bother wasting your time or money ordering something from this website.

Ordered the item over a month now and it never arrived.
Did a little search in amazon and found the same map with 11 euros so even if the map did arrive it would be still a scum

Work with your Credit Card company to get your money back. Don't waste your time- the product isn't coming.

Item never showed up, been waiting over a month - apparently there is no way they can track the package either. Don't buy anything from them. I'm nervous now that they have my credit card number...

Placed an order on 25 October 2017 and have yet to receive the Scratch Map. An email to customer service solicited an assurance the product was on its way on 27 November. It is now 6 December and I have not heard back from customer service despite several emails. A message to their Facebook page has been ignored. Reading through these, I'm pretty sure I've been scammed. Such a shame. Hope people get a chance to read these before making a purchase.

Also ordered (and paid foolishly) the scratch map, now a month ago and no sight of it yet.. customer service is assuring me that it is on its way within the ”absolute nearest future”.

If it’s a scam or just a really really poorly held company is yet to be seen.. I’m surprised that a scam company would have active customer service?

I ordered a scratch world map from Hex Collections after they advertised through Instagram. I have never received the product, I have contacted them several times and they simply say it is on the way but there are no tracking details and nothing has ever arrived. I cannot afford to lose this money and I feel so angry that I have had this money stolen.

Ordered a Hex Collections map over 6 weeks ago. Not shipped - customer service tells me it has been dispatched - every week, I wait, every week, they say the same thing. Do NOT order anything from this company. Check the other postings here, all of them say the same thing...

Update - received the map months past the order date.

I ordered back in October 2017. It said my product shipped on October 16th and I have yet to receive it. They keep saying sorry, we can only refund a returned product. Except it is impossible to return something you NEVER got. Atrocious customer service with the same response each time. Avoid them and find another trustworthy company.

Is a total scam they don't deliver the products and they claim they sent it to you but they don't even give you a tracking number.

This company is a scam. Does not post accurate information on their website, does not respond to emails quickly or clearly, etc. Do not trust them. If I could find a way to shut this organization down I would.

This is a scam. The customer service has been making a fool out of me for the last three months. I feel stupid to have been scammed of nearly £30 worth of my hard earned money from this company.

I was naive to think that this would be a legit transfer, but turns out that its just a front for stealing your money online.

I may never get my money back, but I hope if you are reading this then please stay away from this company.
