The advertising is aggressive and I went for it. I don't need all the attachments and feel like I'd like to return - it takes up so much room I dont have! But they do not offer returns. Stuck with a product I won't use. Too complicated.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter and WOW the product didn’t disappoint. She absolutely loves this curler. It’s her go to every day now

I wasn't sure how it would work on mid length hair but I love the volume and curls it gives ,was a little hard to get the hang of it
But once I did it works grea

Product was ordered in November for a Christmas gift. Delivery was stated a 3-5 business days.
Lost enroute somewhere around December 2nd.
Company has not responded to my email requests for assistance.
I filed a claim with my CC company

Cheap and plastic. Doesn’t work as advertised and the return is not as easy as the website leads you to believe. Will only take back unused items, how do you know something is garbage if you don’t try it. Also when you do get a return authorized it goes to China. I thought this was Canadian?!

Still waiting on my order! Claims it was shipped zero updates since Dec 2 when I was told in next few days and $20 spent for tracking at time of purchase for two tacking numbers that don’t work! Emails to company not replied to. So much for this Christmas gift.

I really liked the product, its same as it is shown in the picture. I have very long hair nd i love curling it, this 5 in 1 styler made my job very easy. Its a perfect gift for any girly looking to start her styling.

I liked the styler itself but the case i purchased to go with it leaves a bit to be desired. It was not the best quality and was coming apart at the seams showing glue after the first day of open and closing.

Je viens de le recevoir et il est très facile a manier. Il offre des boucles comme aucun fer n'a pu. Il est cependant recommandé d'utiliser un anti statique l'hiver. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctionnalités mais si je me fie a mon expérience et les tutoriels, j'aurai une magnifique tête!

Product box had water damage and was unable to gift.

I purchased this for my wife. So far it's performed well and stores conveniently. She has mentioned that it does run loud but that's something she can overlook due to the positives.

I received my order a few day ago. First the 2 sets I ordered arrived and a few days later the straightener arrived. So far I love my set. I watched some videos and read people’s comments and it was surprisingly easy to use. It is no louder then the hair dryer I already have. I clicked on the vip but canceled once I realized it was a paid program. Hopefully they don’t keep charging. If they do I will be sure to comment. I ordered the second set for my daughter for Christmas and will write a review for her as well.

I like this hair styling system. It’s light weight, easy to use and stores well. It is a bit loud but considering all of the positives that come with this product, it’s easy to overlook the sound. I highly recommend this product especially if you have fine flat hair like mine.
