Doesn’t wall plug in. Battery life is 1 hour off charger. Cable is usb and not even long enough to reach an outlet.
Didn’t come with an Allen wrench. I can’t adjust the tighteners. Can’t hold the weight of a phone without falling.
Virtually unusable at this moment.
Website doesn’t have easy navigation to return product.
Feels like a scam where they just hope you don’t have enough willpower to attempt to return a mediocre product.

Quick delivery and the Olivia2 is a great tool for making beautiful content

My order took a long time to arrive, that was such a bummer, but I got a clear and honest answer so that made my disappointment easier to accept. The product Olivia makes me verrrry happy!

I really love using the Olivia 2.0 tripod. It made my video recording easier and enjoyable rather than a hassle. The only thing I may not have liked was it took a little longer than expected to receive the item. Or I’m just impatient 😅

I love the quality of the mic and this company keeps on improving

Mijn betaling is verwerkt, maar nooit bij hun aangekomen, terwijl ik wel een mail heb gekregen met "bedankt voor uw aankoop". Ze kijken niet naar een oplossing, maar sturen mij telkens naar de bank. Ik heb bewijs dat het is afgeschreven en verwerkt, maar alsnog geven ze geen oplossing en ben ik gewoon mijn geld kwijt. Ik raad ze zeer zeker NIET aan terwijl ik eerst erg positief was.

Great device, instructions could be better regards how to use the remote.

Good solid, heavy unit that doesn't take up too much space on my desk and packs away nicely. My last light needed to be gaffa taped to my desk to stop it falling over, so this is a real treat to use.
I had some tech problems and the staff were very helpful via email, and got around the problem was having.

Good products but terrible shipping and communication. I really like my Olivia 2.0 and the wireless mic that I ordered from them but the shipping was extremely slow and my order arrived about a week later than it was supposed to. Trying to contact customer service was terrible.

The remote for my Olivia 2 did not work. There were several rounds of emails to try and trouble shoot it. I finally returned it We'lll see if they send me another that works.

I needed to be able to create videos to share in my classes so that students can see my hands and the needle on my machine as I free motion quilt. Olivia is my new best friend.she is working alongside me to make this a possibility. Thank you!

If you want a phone holder that is so simple and easy to use then the Olivia 2.0 is definitely for you. The attention to detail is excellent - dimmable light, swivel holder, telescopic arm, remote control that can operate your phone camera and lastly, the overall compact design. I have used it several times now and can honestly say I am so glad I made the purchase as it has made taking pictures and videos so stress free - no more struggling with trying to hold my phone whilst videoing. I can now produce videos that aren’t moving all over the place!

Haven't a chance to use yet. Seems well made. Quite heavy.
I am sure it will work for what I need it for.
Two things I would say are needed.
1. A battery level indicator
2. Clearer instructions for setting up and using

This review is for the Olivia 2 in pink. I am very pleased with this product, it is easy to set up and very stable. I love the fact that you can easily adjust the height and angle for filming. I have a craft business and it’s perfect for filming short reels for my social media. I also love the fact that it folds away and can easily be stored until I need it again. Great customer service too.

Just what I needed <3

I find the base is very unstable and once I put my phone on it feels like it is going to topple so I sent a heavy book on it just incase. Also, the charge only lasts for approx 25 minutes, which is no good when you need to video a whole painting session. Also, the charge lead is extremely short and the charging point is at the furthest away location on the opposite side of the machine. You can't charge it at the same time as using because the cable is too short.

Shipping can took around a week but definitely worth the wait this is mentioned on the site that shipping can take 5-7 days as well!
I purchased the Olivia 2.0 and I think it’s a fantastic product it’s very well made feels great quality, super quick and simple to set up to get those awkward angles and perfect for top down views! All the light settings look lovely and the remote that comes with it is a nice add on!

The Olivia 2 is easy to use with a brilliant light. The backgrounds are also very well made. I would buy any upgrades to this product

Ordering was easy and quick. So was delivery and communication. Love the Olivia 2.0! For me it's a gamechanger!

UPDATE. James from Paparazzo reached out to me to try and rectify my lost product. When it became apparent that my original order was truly lost, he initiated a new order which I received in good shape and in time for a planned adventure to use my new light/camera stand. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
