I received Olivia after about 2 weeks, which was as expected. The device itself is very fragile, if you ‘assemble’ it as shown in the video you will quickly end up breaking it, so it needs a delicate touch … but it is working.

What a clever device! This is so much better than the others I’ve tried. I love how it stores in its own base box.

Very sturdy product, gives me the perfect angle to film my "work in progress" art projects. Absolutely recommend! I have a heavy phone and it didn't topple over, definitely what I was looking for, to replace the flimsy gooseneck stands.

I knew that this was the tool I needed. Compact, and easy to store and high performance.

I purchased this after seeing it on Instagram. It’s not suitable for taking pictures of my artwork as my iPhone is not! perfect horizontal and never exactly above my drawing. This could be solved if the foot could be turned away, which isn’t possible. The light isn’t strong enough, you need extra daylight lamps. The batteries have to reload every few hours. So No! Not satisfied at all

I love this heypapparazzo for my Instagram reels and close ups it’s self charging and portable so be used anywhere in the home or take it with you

Bought the Olivia phone holder. delays on the delivery. Arrived with a light button broken and not working. Great Customer Service managed to send me a new one with no cost. The second one arrived with the same broken light button as well.

Love this product and the service in supplying it. Arrived quickly, had good instructions provided with the extra from the supplier and works a charm.
It is a clever design, packs down for easy storage. Particularly like the remote which means that you do not have to touch anything once it is set up so no altering or moving to distort imaging.

I was so impressed by the ease of use of their Olivia lightstand from promotional videos, I was convinced to buy one for use in my small business.

It was very easy and quick to get this setup and start taking high quality videos for my social media content as well as professionally lit pictures for my product sales pages.

A simple smartphone ist to heavy to hold - so the Arm is coming down every time, and the whole construction is not useable.
I would never ever buy it again!!!

The top view position doesn’t really get parallel to the base, so there’s always an angle to what’s being filmed. Needs improvement, especially considering de cost

After using the product "Olivia" successfully several times, I was disappointed that the remote control could not be recharged. But after contacting Paparazzo, they sent me a replacement remote control without any problems, even though the guarantee had already expired. Thank you for the great service!

I am thrilled with my experience with Hey Paparazzo. The Olivia Compact Content Creator Tool is fantastic! I have found the blog articles to be very helpful as well.

The light is not at all bright enough for filming or photos. The springs barely hold my phone in, it keeps sliding down if I try to make it vertical. So disappointed.

Received my Olivia and photo box recently. Very impressed with the photo box and have used it to take some beautiful photos already. I have yet to use the Olivia but seems to be very high quality materials and good design. I did think the light would be a little brighter but I do think it will be very helpful in making videos of creating various art.
