I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Hgreg Orando. During the test drive, I pointed out an issue with the vehicle, and I was verbally promised that it would be taken care of. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the purchase. While driving home that day, the issue was clearly not addressed.
I initially spoke with a manager named George, and was told to speak with another manager named Moises Cintron. Both acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be fixed. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. The issue was never resolved, and once the sale was completed, it became extremely difficult to get any follow-up or accountability. I attached the original email from Moises Cintron to Felipe Garip six days ago and never received a response of any kind.
It’s frustrating because this situation could have been avoided with better communication and basic customer service. Buying a car is a major purchase, and trust is a big part of that process. In my case, that trust was broken.
I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure any promised repairs are fully completed before finalizing any deal here.
Total Rip-off
This should be negative. Total rip-off. Financing is padded with a lot of add-ons. The SUV check engine light came on after two days of driving - bad intake manifolds. Costs around $3,600 to fix at a dealership. The vehicle was advertised at $17,999 and wound up with $27,000 in loan amount. Stay away!
Bait and switch..
Vehicle was listed for 13,500 so I expected to pay maybe 15 or 16,000 but they just kept adding things and adding things until it was $20,000..

Son ESTAFAFORES HGREG ORLANDO SON RATAS, RATAS, RATAS, LADRONES
HGreg Houston location has dishonest…
HGreg Houston location has dishonest practices and lie to your face. I was promised I fobfor my car because it had no key and I had been in touch with the sales guy Leonard several times via text and phone and every time he stated that they were working on my order. I go to the dealership today and Leonard and his management team are going to act as though they never promised me a fob!
The are sneaky sales folks with dishonest practices and high pressure tactics! AVOID THIS LOCATION and snakey salesman Leonard. He is as fake as the color contacts he wears!! Also the GM is the worst including sales manger!!
They're a bunch of scumbags
They're a bunch of scumbags. I was a customer of theirs at first and had bought about three cars from them. A year ago, I went back with the intention of buying another one, and on the worksheet, they had included a $2,000 warranty. When I told them I didn't want it, they got angry and tried to force me to buy it, saying that if I didn't, I couldn't buy the car. You know what? I told them to go to hell. They've become the biggest thieves and most shameless people, acting like they're the only ones who sell cars in Miami!
Unprofessional
My husband and I found a vehicle we loved. We went to the Orlando location ready to buy and asked for the car we wanted. They told us they almost sold the car we wanted the day prior but fortunately still had it. We waited to see it but then they said they lost the key! However, we saw the car drive by twice. Then a manager came and said he had to call a key guy to bring a new key and we’d have to wait on that. We’d already been waiting. I asked what the company did for customers when things like this happened and we were kept waiting for so long. The manager shrugged repeatedly like he was talking to his baby mamma on a street corner. As we talked, he was extremely dismissive and said they didn’t care about customer service but maybe they could give us some mats or something. I wouldn’t give them a dime of my money and my husband and I left and purchased a car elsewhere.
Well where do i start, Liars
Well where do i start? I was going to do a complete transaction online believing i was dealing with an ethical business. Bait and switch comes to mind. Mandatory add on of a protection plan. Required credit check BEFORE negotiating price and then. wouldn’t negotiate! Offered me a $500 rebate check to be mailed some time in the future. Liars 200% Do not do business with them
DO NOT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR BUY FROM THIS…
DO NOT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I saw an ad on facebook marketplace and contacted the salesman on facebook. he told me the price of the car and confirmed it's the same price as in the ad. I asked him why the car was reduced $10,000 and he said it was an aggressive end of year sale. I then spoke to him on the phone and told him to please not lie to me because Im coming from very far to buy the car. He re iterated that its the price. I made an appointment and got to the dealership and met with the salesman. I saw the car and said Ill take it. When we sat for paperwork he asked if I owned a nissan product and I said no. He went to his finance manager and then came over with a printout showing the car was thousand of dollars more than we agreed to. He told me because I dont own a nissan product and am not in the military (which I was never asked) and that is why the price went up. I became angry and told him he assured me thats the price and there is not catch. He started repeating that I dont get the credits because I dont have a nissan product nor am in the military. I became irate. His finance manager came over and played dumb. It was so obvious this is what they do there. I said F your car and left the dealership. Do NOT buy a car from these people. They are liars and cannot be trusted. Salesman name is Victor Farfan.

HGreg is a predatory scam, stay away
HGreg added a $2,000.00 extended Hi-Tech Service Package to the vehicle purchase without my knowledge. This is a predatory dealership that will fill you with a false sense of security by going through their "core values" and "standards" ensuring you they do not "add any extra fees" and their pricing is all "up front." Do yourself a favor and find the car you want somewhere else.
Everything I hate I paid in cash I was…
Everything I hate I paid in cash I was lied to about the car not being in a accident they added a warranty that's not honored and they are not accredited by the BBB. Got my car January 25 2025 took it back that Monday for a refund. They said no and they didn't have nothing for the price I paid in cash. Now my check engine light has been coming on and off since March and come to find out this is what they are known for in Florida

Great customer service! TAVARIS CAMILLE "Sales Associate"
Great customer service. Welcomed upon entering the dealership. Assisted right away and seated to begin services provided. Many great options, cars and services to choose from. I had a great 5-STAR experience with TAVARIS CAMILLE, Sales Associate. Tavaris was very professional, knowledgeable,
friendly, polite and very helpful. Tavaris had awesome patience with us in deciding what is the best vehicle for us. Many test drives and few hours later, we finally found our vehicle of choice with the expertise assistance from Tavaris.
Great deals in fact, even though there are fee's, who doesn't, this still was worth it in the long run. Thanks again, Tavaris and HGREG for having a great 5-STAR***** Team. See you again in the future for another great ride.
Complaint
On June 24, 2025, I visited H-GREG in search of a Honda Accord. Prior to visiting, I had submitted an online application through Capital One and was pre-approved. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need a down payment of more than $1,000. Ali, the salesperson assisting me, suggested that my boyfriend co-sign. Ultimately, the vehicle was placed under his name.
Initially, my intent was to purchase a Honda Accord, but none of the available options were in working condition. Ali then suggested I consider a Land Rover. Although I expressed concerns regarding potential repair costs, Ali assured me that parts were inexpensive and that European cars rarely break down. After test driving the vehicle, I noticed missing floor mats and a damaged piece in the trunk. Ali stated these issues would be addressed and that I would receive replacement mats.
The financing process was lengthy, as my boyfriend is self-employed and does not have W-2 income. Initially, the monthly payment presented was too high, but after contacting the bank, it was adjusted to $480.00. I reluctantly agreed and took delivery of the Land Rover with temporary mats and tools in the trunk.
The following day, the vehicle stalled in my driveway and displayed brake and service warning lights. I contacted Ali, who referred me to Pedro or Felipe, the managers. I left several messages with no response. On June 26, I personally visited the dealership and spoke with Pedro, who accompanied me to the service department. A mechanic advised that the car needed new brakes, which would be ordered. I was assured the vehicle was otherwise in good condition.
Unfortunately, I soon encountered additional issues. While I was out of state due to a family emergency, I continued to call for updates but received little communication. Upon returning, I was told that the vehicle continued to shut off during service inspections. Despite my requests to return the vehicle, I was advised to wait for repairs. During this time, my second vehicle was repossessed, leaving me without reliable transportation.
Felipe later offered to allow a trade-in, but since my boyfriend could not provide a W-2, no financing was approved. I was then told I could be reimbursed up to $30 per day for a rental. I have since incurred repeated rental and Uber expenses, with inconsistent reimbursement from the dealership. On August 12, I personally visited the dealership after repeated unanswered calls, and while Pedro assisted with a rental check, the service issues continued.
Most recently, even after repairs, the ABS warning light appeared, and the vehicle was returned to me with dirt, parts, and clips left inside the cabin. When questioned, I was told the ABS issue was not addressed because it was “not what the car was in for.” At this point, I have been without a reliable vehicle for two months, and the promised repairs remain unresolved.
