Beautiful gardens, delicious lunch in the Orchard restaurant and every member of staff is a credit to Highgrove. Tour Guide was excellent.

Having visited Highgrove in 1968 when Liz and I met for the first time. It was mainly parkland surrounding the house!
The way H M King Charles has developed the various gardens is phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed our day despite the rain at the end of our visit!
Capped the day with an excellent two course lunch in the Orchard Room Restaurant.

Ordered 2 Lebanese Soaps, 2 packets of Cards . 3 stacks of lavender sachets ( especially to give as a gift )
Total cost including postage to UK address £84.60
Packaging very poor. Would not order any items to send as gifts because of how items arrived .
I did contact customer service who promptly apologised but after reading reviews on Trustpilot, it would seem that is how other customers orders were also sent out from the warehouse .Orders seem to have been lacking a bit of thought and care.
Perhaps trying to stop over packaging has gone too far.

I have bought many things from Highgrove Gardens and Shop including truly wonderful large wicker sculptures by Emma Stothard, bird houses, marmalade and guided afternoon tea tours of the gardens. I have never been disappointed with the items, the packaging or the service I have received.

What a joy to see such a beautiful garden with Errie our guide, who was wonderful- so knowledgeable and entertaining. All the staff were so friendly and made you feel very welcome. Our lunch was delicious and relaxed. Thank you to all those involved.

The 1/1/2 hour garden tour around Highgrove was brilliant with lots of interesting facts about King Charles love of watercolour painting and having covered huts in which to pursue his passion .
Was interesting to learn of his particular fondness of azaleas and rhododendrons forcing there to be raised beds for them . He also adores all different shapes and coloured clay pots and his stumpers was very impressive and unusual
The Cream Tea in the Orchard Room was delicious with the warm scones crumbling in ones mouth
The only negative was on arrival by car from London we arrived 10 minutes early and were told off for this when to be quite honest we were new to the area and did not know where to hang about so as to arrive exactly 30 minutes before our garden tour , Perhaps some understanding could be shown to folk travelling from far afield .

A visit to Highgrove is an uplifting and enlightening experience. The gardens are beautiful and soothing, and bring a deep dimension to understanding King Charles III. The lunch provided was astute and healthy, and the wine was surprisingly delicious, as was the cappucino.

I love going through my emails from Highgrove Gardens & Shop. This time my eyes fell in love with the band new fine bone China « Tea for Two Set « featuring The King’s Rose. I ordered it right away online including mugs and plates. I received regular shipping updates. The beautiful set arrived safely packed in record time. The quality is as usual outstanding. The breathtakingly beautiful roses are in relief! Having « Afternoon Tea » is now the most exquisite experience.

My Daughter and myself had a wonderful afternoon Spring Garden Tour .
Have toured the Gardens a few times, first Spring Tour,, it was stunning soo many flowers in bloom the fragrance everywhere, the colours, plants you didn’t expect to see in bloom.
Stunning bushes and trees, winding paths , a secret around ever turn.
We even saw a tiny mole.
Looking forward to having an Autumn Tour.
After are delightful Garden experience followed light scones, Tea and Coffee, perfect.
Couldn’t resisted shopping, hopefully will be able to purchase 2027 Highgrove Calender for friends and myself.
After all that excitement as we were leaving the carpark, we were halted by lady and Police lad, what a fantastic surprise to see His Majesty King Charles 111
in a car and he waved to the Police lad as he saluted the King as he passed.
The Young Policeman , asked my Daughter, did l do ok, we replied perfect, and told him her Brother started his Army Career as. Grenadier Guard and still in the Army.
What a perfect end to the most wonderful day. 🤗🤗
