I am reviewing Highgroves ease of ordering , dispatch and notifications to me as a 5.
The parcel was dispatched and quickly came to the United States of America.

Once local delivery took over the plot changed.
Notified me of a delivery time needing a signature. I had to change date.
Then I had we could bit driver because no correct address.
Via the local contact I again tried filling out their form which seemed ridiculous when it showed my address, the form also forced me to pick another delivery date.
Next day, two telephone calls from them which I was unable to answer. I called them, a young lady answered me confirmed address and contact numbers with me and reinstated an earlier delivery date.

The parcel was delivered, left on my steps and no one asked for a signature!
5 to Highgrove and international shipper. Confusing once local delivery took over.

Exceptional products and exceptional service. Quality, class and beauty. I bought milk chocolate rose creams.

The guide was very informative and friendly. The gardens were very interesting

It's a fabulous place to visit. Beautiful gardens, excellent guide and very tasty scones. The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend a visit.

The delivery was fine.
I was rather upset with the trowel as it must be a child's one.
The candle is lovely. As it is herbal in scent, I will use it outside on my table.
The tea cosy is very nice too.
The quality of the items is good.
It was all excellently packaged.

I purchased a tin of clay embedded seeds whilst the delivery was prompt when it came to opening the tin my elderly but strong father had to resort to using a tool to cut the lid open.

Beautiful shop

My adult grand daughter and I did enjoy very much our wax flower making workshop but I was disappointed on our arrival when drinks were being offered on the 'patio' that there wasn't anyone to assist me with my disability and mobility problem and no HIGH SEATING chairs for folk such as myself. Yes, my grand daughter helped me but I wanted her to thoroughly enjoy her first Highgrove experience and not have to take care of ME. Incidentally, she doesn't drink tea or coffee but wasn't offered a soft or cold drink. Neither were we told that we could help ourselves to cake and/or fruit which were on a table on the patio but not near the drinks table. One other moan I'm sorry, no drinks menus on our lunch table but to be fair there was plenty of water available on the table. I adore visiting Highgrove as I've done many many times and will be visiting again but please remember to treat your disabled guests with courtesy and help if needed.
