These guys are legit. I work for ambulance and wanted a stab vest for work. Changed my mind after I ordered and wanted level 3 plates aswell. They were unable to change my order and I had to buy the plates separate but they did throw in a second stab vest ($130 value) for free. Can’t say enough good things. They were prompt in their replies to service email and more than helpful. Highly recommend and I will be back soon for more kit

I had an order that gott lost across the border and they promptly issued a replacement. The product is as advertised and i super comfortable/ warm especially in this winter.

THIS PLACE WILL NOT REFUND ME. I wanted to return my package because it didn’t fit properly and they keep coming up with excuses to postpone a refund. This first bad review I put up they asked me to take down but that’s not going to happen again until I get my money back.

Received partial order and no real way to contact them to rectify where the rest of my order is.

Hikepros.com is a fraudulent online store that you should avoid at all costs. This scam website claims to sell various products at very low prices, but will either send you counterfeit or inferior goods, or nothing at all. This is exactly what happened to me: I bought a "stab proof" vest which an ordinary kitchen knife went right through like butter. If I was stabbed, I'd be dead.
When I requested a return the company tried to blame me by saying I should have bought another of their "stab proof" products, then said they would provide refund if I incurred the shipping and tariff expenses of returning it to England versus the cost of $82. Note that the product originally came from the US via UPS and that their own website states that they have distribution centers in the US.and then "inspect the merchandise for its value".

Ordered from this company on July 24. Here it is August 14 and still no delivery or delivery date. Notified the company numerous time, get no phone call just e mails. They keep telling me the package is coming. I called UPS, they said they don't have the package. The hiker pro company told me UPS cancelled all their flights out of Hong Kong. So why did the company tell me the package is coming when there is no flights. I have been lied to for almost 3 weeks. Just some sound advice, do not order from this company. You will get a bad experience and no package. There are so many other good companies, please don't get fooled like I did. They don't even have the courtesy to call you. Please go somewhere else.Finally recieved it on Aug 18, you don't the math

Fake bullet proof helmet , counterfeit not made in the USA sold as nij level IV armor. I wouldn't even use it as a bump helmet. There should be something legally done to this company.

The channel "Going Ballistic" on YouTube, video name "Level 4 Ballistic Helmet! Real or Scam?" says everything that needs to be said.

Their "Level 4 Armor" doesn't even stop M193 5.56mm Ball ammo from 100yrds (M193 rounds are rated for Level 3 Armor). This kind of advertising will get people killed, don't care where you guys are from, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. You want to sell your junk? Then advertise it as airsoft and stop pushing your crap to law enforcement. It should be illegal for you to make fake advertisements for life saving equipment.

Also, STOP buying this crap to "test it", its how these companies make their money.

Without a doubt, I think Hikepros is a great value for money. Especially the tactical vest is especially great, the workmanship, material, and details are impeccable, and it can provide good protection in military strikes, which is really great.

I'd seen an advert for Hikepros four years ago, but it wasn't until Easter this year that I just bought my first full protection body armor. Yes, it is really awesome, if only I had realized it earlier.
