When I ordered the painting, I was not aware that it was not on a frame and we a bit taken back when a link was sent to me about a DIY frame. I was willing to purchase except it was more than 1/2 of what I paid for the painting. The painting arrived and it was beautiful but made a frame at home for much less.

The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions the artist that did my painting did a excellent job I am very pleased with my order and I will be buying another artwork piece

ich habe mir ein Bild bestellt mit einer wunderbaren Berglandschaft. Das Bild ist sehr schön und man sieht, dass es mit viel Liebe gemalt wurde.
Wer sich einmal etwas Besonderes gönnen will, ist mit einem Bild von Hila Creations am richtigen Ort.

You do not have an address in the Netherlands. The painting is shipped rolled up. There is no frame included. None of this is clearly stated anywhere.
This is all very poorly handled.

Does not come on a frame as pictures. You only get a rolled up canvas. It costs over $300.00 to order a pine frame and you have assemble and stretch the canvas yourself. After all of that the painted area of the canvas only partially covers the side you you then have to pay to have it framed professionally

Correspondences were helpful and Insightful, there was a period during shipping that I may have missed updates however,upon arrival I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a framed picture, received a rolled up painting that was not the same.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered in November. Order supposedly got lost during shipping. Two months later, new painting made and again, ups tracking never becomes active. Customer service is never proactive solving this.
