I order Whirl and it turned out very nice.
Make sure you check the four e of frames and framing. It comes in a rolled up boxed canvas.

The picture I received was rolled on the canvas too soon and has permanently folds despite being stretched and framed professionally so it looks cheap. Colors weren’t as requested. keep in mind you have to pay a fortune to have it framed or stretched. Just totally not worth it.

So after reading so many reviews I decided not to place the $1,800 order. What I really disliked were all the lies or at least, all the misinformation. What the hell is wrong in saying that the paintings come from China? I mean, in this day and age? Everything comes from China and not all are bad products. So in making us believe the paintings come from Germany and then finding out after you have already paid and shipped that your painting came from somewhere else, not a very serious company. And all the reviews this Mai lady answered are written from the same draft (“please check your email”). Yeah, I won’t have to…

The painting is beautiful, though a little more vivid color than the example appeared online. The sealant is shiny which reflects the light. I would have preferred a flat sealant. But it's lovely and I am happy with it.

No one responds to email concerns - including outreach regarding the development of the piece. Auto reply - not a great experience at all. Seeking full refund. Would never recommend

What is more ridiculous now is that they are telling me to check my email which basically does the OPPOSITE of resolving the situation but saying that I must pay - I'll formally file a credit card complaint. This is amongst the worst service I have received.

I recently bought a fine piece of art from Hila creations and is truly amazed by the quality and excellent customer service. They have been very helpful right from selection of the painting till the delivery. They were quite responsive in each query I had and was very proactive in updating me at each stage of the creation of the art piece. I am extremely happy and would recommend Hila Creations to anyone who is looking for good quality art work. Good luck !

Love our painting. It took a few changes to get the picture exactly like we wanted, but the artist was receptive to our suggestions and changed the artwork per our direction. We are very happy with the final result.

IT DID NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PAINTING I ORDERED JUST SOME SAD COLORS AND NOTHING SPECIALS

I bought Classy. The painting I received has significant differences in color and composition than the website photos. Part of the gray background is tinged with yellow you can clearly see in person but not in the photo they sent me for approval. The ‘gold’ in the painting which shimmers in the website photo is actually a muddy combo of matte yellow and brown. Another website sells this same painting with a different name and says they use gold paint and there is no yellow anywhere. I want to return the painting but have to pay shipping, which will be significant and unfair since I did not get what I paid for. They offered me a 15% refund with no return and did not even attempt to address my complaints about the painting. Please stay away from this company. Their product may be cheaper but purchase at your own risk.

As a first-time customer at Hila Creations, I was hesitant about my initial purchase due to a similar site, Art by Maudsch, raising suspicions of fraud. Thankfully, my concerns were proven wrong. The updates on my order's progress were reassuring, and the artwork surpassed my expectations. This positive experience has motivated me to start collecting more paintings from Hila Creations for our home.

Rendering of art was not similar to art shown on website. The utilization of the same artist should be a priority.

Disliked not getting an estimate schedule for completion and delivery of item

I purchased “ distance”, and was really excited. Just like another reviewer, I was surprised it was not framed. Really difficult to find any hint that’s it’s just a canvass. Unfortunately, I am not at happy. There are drips of dark blue paint and dark smudges on a very light section. About that lighter section. On the website and also in the emailed photo they sent, this section looks very neutral, tan. In reality it is very bright peach, giving an 80’s vibe that I’d like to forget. They will not fix it, and I don’t want to risk this happening with a re-do so I’m returning it. For whatever reason, I find it incredibly sketchy they want me to mail it to a RESIDENCE IN GERMANY ( at my own cost). This painting came from CHINA.

Also, cost for canvas stretching and thinnest floated-frame for 31” x 62” will run about $800.00 ( Atlanta). Buyer beware.
