Wie das Futter ist werden wir noch sehen, aber die Lieferung dauert!!!

Wir haben bestellt vor 12 Uhr, auf deren seite wird angegeben „Bestellung vor 12 Uhr Lieferung innherhalb von 2 Tagen.

Die Lieferung ist immer noch nicht erfolgt, nach Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon und per Mail, wir mitgeteilt, das DHL
schuldig sei, der Versänder hätte keinen Einfluss auf die Lieferung, auf Nachfrage bei DHL, wurde mir nun mitgeteilt das der Versänder das Paket noch gar nicht abgegeben hat.

Ich habe nun geschrieben das ich die Lieferung schnellsten einfordere. Eine Riesengroße Frechheit ist der Laden.

Great products horrendous backend warehouse, shipping and customer service. Now appears the store has closed all public sites and social media platforms.

I ordered a full wood set up for my Tesla. Half the pieces came and looked amazing, half the pieces never came. Several back and forth communication with the company then they just stopped responding. $580 gone with a ton of admin head ache.

DO NOT buy from them. But seems like they have closed and are now untraceable.

As a UK buyer it was an awful experience, from long delays for the product to be shipped almost 5 weeks and then to my surprise being served with £90 UK import taxes on top of the price of the product. T

This US company is not set up to sell internationally.

They did at least respond to customer service queries. So disappointed I haven’t even looked at the product yet.

Auf Empfehlung unseres Tierarztes kontaktierten wir Hill's per 0800-Servicetelefon um erforderliche Bestellmodalitäten abzuklären (nur per Internet, über Tierarzt, etc.) Unsere Bitte um Auskunft/Hilfestellung wurde leider nicht entsprochen, stattdessen legte man seitens Hill's kommentarlos auf! Zwei weitere Serviceanfragen unsererseits endeten leider auf die gleiche Weise.

Please be cautious when dealing with this seller. Their website appears professional, boasting an excellent 4.8 rating and “exceptional customer service,” but my experience has been the complete opposite. I’m not sure how they calculated their 4.8 rating — I would give them a 0.1.

My Experience:
1 December 2024: I placed an order for an item listed as “in stock.”

14 December 2024: After receiving no item or updates, I followed up via email.

15 December 2024: The seller informed me that the item was actually out of stock but expected to ship within 1–3 weeks. I chose to wait.

11 January 2025: The seller advised that the item was still out of stock and would take at least another 1–2 months.

11 January 2025: I requested to cancel my order.

15 January 2025: The seller confirmed the cancellation and claimed that a refund had been issued.

30 January 2025: No refund received, so I followed up again.

6 February 2025: The seller responded, saying, “It looks like the refund didn’t go through successfully due to some error. We will provide an update as soon as possible.”

Since then: No further communication.

11 February 2025: I lodged a claim through the PayPal Resolution Centre.

I cannot recommend this seller, and now you know why.

Awful from start to finish ….

Took over 2 weeks to arrive, so returned the parcel was told on the 19th that they would be able to refund me in 1-2 days -

We are now on the 30th- no update from them and no refund !!!

Absolute fraudsters - will be contacting higher authorities now as this is ridiculous ! Been going on for over a month now !

Diese Bewertung hat nichts mit der Futterqualität zu tun! Nachdem ich wieder einmal feststellen durfte, dass das Hundefutter nicht bei Hill´s am Lager ist und der Benachrichtigungsservice auch immer noch nicht funktioniert habe ich mich telefonisch an den Hill´s-Service gewandt. Nach einer gewissen Wartezeit hat mir die Dame am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass das von mir gewünschte Futter in diesem Jahr nicht mehr lieferbar ist und auch nicht über den Shop oder telefonisch für eine baldmögliche Lieferung bestellt werden kann. Is so! Ich könne mich ja von einem/meinem Tierarzt beraten lassen und dann ein Alternativfutter auswählen oder es mal bei Fressnapf besuchen, die haben haben es ggf.. Ob ja oder nein könne sie mir nicht sagen. Is so! Ich habe dann noch auf den aktuellen Rabatt, der mir per email mitgeteilt wurde und bis zum 15.12.24 Gültigkeit hingewiesen -
auch egal - is so! Eine Futterumstellung kommt für mich und meinen Hund aus gegebenen Anlass aktuell nicht in Frage. Was bleibt - ich bestelle 2 KG Verpackungen bezahle einen unverhältnismäßig hohen Preis und nehme den Adventsrabatt um den
Preis noch etwas anzupassen. Diese Art von Kundenservice kann Mann oder Frau sich schenken.
Ein Stern ist da noch einer zu viel.

Absolutely loved the dashboard, door covers and center consel covers by hills. I went for the carbon look and you would not know this wasn't an original part of the car. Fits perfectly and looks incredible. It's given the interior a whole new look against the white leather and 100% looks better than the original white trim the car came with.
Hills customer service is 1st class they refunded me delivery on one of my products as a gesture of good will and I have to say shipping to the UK was pretty quick considering!
I would highly recommend not only Hills as a company but would HIGHLY recommend their Tesla products. Well worth 5 stars and then some. One very Happy Customer from the UK!!

Great company that makes really great products. Owner of Model Y 2023 4680 battery and the carbon fiber products from Hills feel very OEM. Highly recommend

This is my second order from hills for the interior upgrades and they have both been a good experience. The quality and craftsmanship has been excellent.

Easy install and very happy with carbon fiber quality. Looks so much better than standard white trim.

The items I purchased were excellent quality. I bought the carbon fibre kit for the Tesla.. absolutely brilliant. Would definitely purchase more from this store. The customer service was also good with timely updates on delivery.

Had a issue with my order they responded quickly and fixed the situation in a timely manner

I originally received a defective wood lamenent. I reached out to Hills and they fixed the problem quickly. First class customer support. Happy customer here. Buy with confidence.

The quality of the product (timber veneer for gen 2 console model 3) was excellent. The veneer looks amazing but it is a little lighter than the original timber of the model 3.
The company were very good in keeping me informed on the progress of my order.

Bought model Y (2024) matte carbon dash and door inserts. I cannot explain how good these are. I waited 2 days after delivery to install as I was nervous to install on brand new car. The install ended up being super easy. I did the doors on my own, but I'd suggest a helped for the dash. Tape is really strong. Fit is impeccable, and it looks soooo much better than the wood trim. Suggest black interior with this upgrade. Absolutely brilliant, and the look is 1000x better.

Ordered the matte carbon dash and door caps. The material and finish was great. The fitment is close but a hair off in the doors, and a bit more on the dash end caps.

Overall the carbon fibre pack for my model Y took approximately 2 months to arrive and there was a lot of back and forth with their customer support team. Overall, the product is 10/10 but the experience was 2/10 due to fault items being sent, the product I ordered being out of stock, and a lot of my personal team being spent chasing an update. If you're in no rush, I highly recommend - if you want your order within a couple of weeks, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
