I've been waiting months for my order. When I asked, they apologized with production problems and offered me (as with other customers) a 10% refund. No response to my inquiries for weeks now. My request to cancel the order completely remained unanswered, as did all further inquiries. Absolutely lousy customer service! Beware!!!

Warte seit Monaten auf meine Bestellung. Auf Nachfragen, wurde das mit Produktionsproblemen entschuldigt und mir (wie bei anderen Kunden) 10% Refund angeboten. Seit Wochen nun keine Reaktion mehr auf meine Nachfragen. Meine Bitte die Bestellung komplett zu stornieren blieb ohne Antwort, genauso wie alle weitere Nachfrage. Absolut mieser Kundenservice! Vorsicht!!!

Great product. I had an issue with the installation but Hills provided a fix rapidly and the product looks awesome. I would highly recommend and will be buying other products.

The absolute worst customer service and policies!! Absolute garbage. Ordered from Canada, installed with the assistance of of another person to ensure everything lined up. Got it all installed as per the tutorial videos… started to lift off and rattle after only 3 days. FULLY disclose everything in return request, request was approved, I returned the products. Declined in refunding dashboard trim and the door trim because they were installed, when Hills approved the request!!! So now I don’t have them (which I could have found more 3M tape) because I sent them back, AND I’m out almost $600 CDN!!!!!! That’s what you get for being upfront with this company!! They hide behind their policies and don’t rectify the issue. They’d rather fight and upset their international customers than just right the issue and carry on with a good relationship. Disgraceful!!!

Very easy to find what I was looking for, perfect fitment & exactly as described. I came across Hills accidentally after a bad experience with another company and poor packaging twice.
The Carbon dash cover was packaged excellently upon arrival with no damage.
Hills will be my go to for sure!

Quite the simple process to upgrade the look of your Tesla. The product quality was very good. Had one interaction with customer service and found them to be prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I would strongly encourage the use of their products if you are looking to upgrade the look of your Tesla.

I purchased the walnut center console cover for my model Y. Delivery was a breeze and I received it within a few days. The fit was perfect and the wood texture was really nice. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is in the market looking for a wood feel center console cover.

Very difficult to install with perfect alignment, despite the pencil trick shown on the install video. This is very firm laminate so it doesn't "drape" easily. Unfortunately, I had to peak it off a couple of times to get even a close fit and the laminate broke. They look beautiful but we're just too hard to install.

I had to wait 6 weeks but finally received our walnut dashboard cover. Easy to install, fits perfectly and looks great.

I absolutely love the product. I got the walnut trim for my Model Y. I did have a slight issue but customer service corrected the issue very fast. They sent me a replacement within a week. I couldn’t be happier with the product or the customer service at Hills.

The owner would keep me updated on the products journey. The walnut wood panels are beautiful. Top quality. It moved my model 3 up a notch.

Very pleased with dash and center cover. Original dash cover came with a crack from shipping. They replaced it right away. Good service. Good product. Easy to install.

This company and its products are first class. I purchased the walnut dashboard for my Tesla Model Y. It was engineered perfectly to fit on top of the existing factory dashboard and looks absolutely beautiful. The installation process was exactly as advertised and easy. I couldn’t be happier and strongly recommend this product!
