I had an issue with a Tesla Model 3 Center Console Walnut I ordered and they were easy to work with, understanding and re-shipped a Tesla Model 3 Center Console Open-Pore replacement. Once received I was really happy with the quality and ease of installation. Great customer service and great product.

Product was of excellent quality and carefully packaged

I placed several orders from Hills and they have exceeded my expectations. Products (rear trunk liner and ebony dashboard and door trim) were delivered quickly and the items themselves were of high quality. I was able to follow the directions for self installation by watching the provided videos and ultimately, have been completely satisfied with the results. The wood dash trim, in particular, looks incredible and elevates the interior of my model Y. I’d highly recommend ordering products from Hills.

Got the gloss carbon fibre for the dash doors and centre console looks spectacular and transforms the interior there was a problem the double sided tape on the veneers is not up to the job of holding the parts on securely I bought a stronger double sided tape from 3M told Hills about this problem and they reimbursed me for the cost of the tape £30 excellent customer service 😃👍🏻

Model Y carbon trim fit is inconsistent;

Dash is ok although a little oversize so both ends overhang slightly and enough that they don't stick. Otherwise good and you don't really notice it in everyday use.

Door trim edges aren't very precise against the silver trim beneath them (its not the right profile so one end has a gap where you can see the wood underneath and you can't adjust the trim to comensate for it). It might be possible to sand the bottom edge of the trims to make it fit better, but thats a risk of ruining the part. Should be better for the money and not relying on some fettling to get it to fit.

Otherwise the matt carbon finish is excellent, and ther overall look is very good.

Cup holder insert did not turn up at all. After asking about it, it took a few days for them to reply to say they'd given a refund as it must have been lost in transit. That's a solution, although I'd have preferred to have been sent what I purchased as now I have to pay another shipping cost if I want one, and they didn't give the option to send me what I ordered.

The priority shipping took 4 days so longer than expected. I don't mind that, but why not just be honest about how long it takes.

It wouldn't take much to change this product and customer service to make this 5 stars, so its a shame.

I’ve tried wrapping existing interior components with carbon fiber 3m film, that looked good, but not nearly as good as this. The Hillsmade products are real carbon fiber and are computer cut precisely to fit over the existing trim. I showed my friends and they are now very interested too. Fantastic product with excellent customer service.

Hills is a genuine company that values their customer experience, they always responded within the same day or the next business day. Talked with me through the whole process and not to mention delivered a very nice product. I purchased the dark ash wood panels and dashboard cover and it’s a phenomenal fit and finish. Would highly recommend if you want to change the brown wooden panels in my 23 Model 3.

Loved all 4 of the samples I received. Going to be a tough choice!

I LOVE the wood dash with my new Tesla. I ordered white interior but I hated the white dashboard. I ordered the bundle (dash, doors & console). What a difference! I get all sort of complements on it. Other Tesla owners with white interior have asked how I got the wood and I gladly tell them, “Hills”. Well worth the cost for me!

I ordered carbon fiber front dash and door covers for my 2023 M3.

When my order first arrived the package for the front dash trim looked to have been previously opened and the trim itself had several cracks in it along its entire length. I emailed them and they immediately shipped me a replacement which arrived intact.

After the replacement part arrived I installed the covers immediately. The back of each cover is already preassembled with doubled sided pressure sensitive adhesive, and just in case they shipped an extra role of tape which I actually didn't need. Assembly took maybe 10 minutes for all three covers, including prep time which involved cleaning the trim to be covered with isopropyl alcohol.

The finished product looks amazing. So much better than the tacky fake OEM wood trim and gives it a really sporty, yet tasteful, appearance. It looks completely OEM once installed. I am very picky and and even to my standards the fit was excellent. Better in fact than I was expecting considering that it covers the existing trim rather than replacing it; when installed there's little to no indication that it's a cover it fits so precisely. I work in product development and the precision of these covers given their dimensions is really impressive.

The cover panels themselves are thin, as to be expected since they have to cover the original trim yet not add appreciable thickness. Despite this, the carbon fiber has a depth to it that looks thicker than it is. I've seen some cheap carbon fiber looking overlays. These are not those. You get what you pay for.

Looking through some of the other recent reviews I see a few people left them 1 star, which I find really surprising because my experience was quite the opposite. I found them to be highly communicative, quick to resolve the issue I had, and to have met my expectation of quality. I'm guessing they may have had a temporary supply chain issue that's since been sorted out. Even good companies can encounter unforeseen issues and disappoint their customers.

I believe in supporting companies that strive for integrity and to deliver on a satisfying consumer experience, which is why I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and will recommend them to fellow Tesla owners.

When ordering the parts, it took around a month for them to be shipped out due to stock level issues.

Once the item was shipped out via FedEx, it was marked as delivered and signed by someone other than myself.

I did not receive the package until 3 hours later. This was after several back-and-forth emails with Hills as we tried to locate the package.

After receiving the package and spending over £300, I was excited to finally install it in my Tesla.

The carbon dash cover felt like cheap, thin plastic. When applying it, it would not stick, and when it did stick a little bit, I could press on it and it would flex in and out like cheap plastic. I had to resort to buying my own 3M tape to install it properly. So, it took another 2 days to finally get it in my car and use it.

It has been nothing but a hassle and has cost me more money than I should have spent.

I have two friends who have Teslas, and they saw it and said they would not buy it due to the hassle I went through and the quality of the end product.

If it were around £150, I would not mind, but over £300 for a dash cover and center console covers is not worth the money.

Really high quality products, definitely a step above other competitors and well worth the premium price. Super responsive and helpful customer service through email. My center console cover gets so many compliments!

Problems started after ordering: having paid for an item and not hearing about dispatch, I sent an email to inquire after a couple of days. Another couple of days passed then I received a message saying that there would be a delay of up to two weeks to dispatch and “The delay is due to some transition within our inventory management”. In straight talk, they’ve ran-out! Tell it like it is and make that clear at the point of purchase.

I had also asked where they are shipping from, as I am in the UK, and although they brand themselves as a UK entity, I started to get the impression, due to when they responded to me, that they aren’t. They didn’t respond to that question.

Straight talking, in advance should be expected, for example: Currently out of stock but will be able to dispatch in 2 weeks. ? Days delivery from ?.

Honesty goes a long way.

Quality of product is 5-star!! Can't even describe how over the top good this product is. It really changes the look of the cars interior! Install was super easy! And with the added tutorial videos online makes it just that much better!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, sent a message after 10 dats and they said they have logistics problem. Just logged back in today to find our where it is and I get a status of unfulfilled, no notification or communication. Terrible service to be honest

The product is first class. Customer service is great, very responsive. Installed the walnut dashboard, center console and side door covers on 2021 Model 3 (black interior). Looks great!
