I purchased the carbon dash piece, center console pieces and a screen protector for my Tesla Model 3. The quality of all three pieces is nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service went above and beyond as well. I highly recommend buying from them. You won’t regret it!

They take about a year to have the parts manufactured and delivered even though they only offer a handful of options and products. When i finally received it, they didn’t fit and their return policy is not friendly or easy. Among them, you are required to send them images of the product before they will release the shipping labels to then loose the items in their warehouse after delivered. They finally found the items but would only return 50% of the items less the delivery fee since they found the items damaged even though they were not when I send them.

I purchased the Matt carbon fibre dashboard and door panels for my Tesla Model Y. They were delivered quickly (I’m in the UK) and were quick and easy to install in my car. They are a perfect fit and beautifully made, I’m absolutely delighted with them and would highly recommend Hills.

Had issues . They sent replacement.

I’m totally impressed with the quality of the CarbonFiber products I received from Hills.

The install was very easy, the woods is beautiful and once I figured out to use rubbing alcohol on harder to place pieces (console), install of those pieces was a snap.

Took many months to receive the product. Then it arrived warped. Install instructions were terrible, and the install process was awful. Since the product is so thin and flimsy it cracked when trying to reposition it. Don’t waste your money. I just ordered from RPM to replace this crappy version from Hillsmade.

Received it but thought it was scratched. Emailed support and few hours later had a solution, wasn't scratched magic eraser did the trick. 10 minutes to install and looks great! Highly recommended!

Personally, I love the way it looks & feels. It literally just gives my Tesla Model Y a more luxurious look. If only I was able to show you guys a photo, I definitely would.

My wife and I ordered the maple door panels, dashboard and center console in June 2022 for our Model Y. After a months of no information given regarding the delivery date, we reached out via mail. The dealer asked us to be patient and announced a delivery date that was due in late August. When the time had come, we were told that due to further delays in shipment of the products the delivery could be expected at the end of october. A few weeks later further delays were announced and as we cancelled the order after five months of waiting and demanded a total refund, we were offered a discount of 20%. Despite a repeated statement of cancellation, some of the ordered pieces were delivered in late November, others were further postponed (= new delivery date expected 6 months after the order was placed and paid). We send the incomplete delivery back to Hills. Today were are still waiting for the refund.

In a nutshell:
Not a trustworthy company, unable to deliver the advertised product bundle and so far unwilling to refund the cancelled order.
Our advice: keep on searching somewhere else!

Hillsmade has crafted a first class product. The Ebony finish Tesla Model 3 center console kit fit perfectly, and gives my car a much more refined look, than the factory piano black plastic.

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. The company sent me the wrong dash color by mistake, so i opted to return it. They paid for the (very expensive) return shipping. When I sent it back in the original packaging, it was damaged in shipment.

When they received the dash, it had cracked completely in half and was unusable. Regardless, they shipped me a new dash in the correct color (at their expense) and they even paid for the expensive shipping again.

Takeaway: This company went above and beyond to correct the mistake and satisfy their customer, at their own expense. And they really did pay a lot to make it right. 10/10 would recommend.

The dash is extremely high quality, and looks like it just belongs with the car. Makes the car look super custom.

Very professional staff, due to shortage shipment and me moving from NJ to UT my item took a minute, however the staff was awesome with my order and delivered to my new address without any issues. Thank you Team!!

I wood highly recommend this accessory piece for the 2022 model 3 Tesla. The installation available on was spot on in helping make the fitting cosmetically pleasing. The purchase was also quickly received. It’s a welcome addition to my car. You wood be amiss not buying this product

Center console looks awesome
The product took a long time to ship and deliver. Wish they had a better way of notifying of shipping delays. Looks great and really finishes the look of the interior.

I bought the wooden center console cover for my pre-facelift Model 3. The quality of this product was really good in my opinion. I had 3x wrapped the glossy black console with a wood imitation foil. But now I got real wood and that is a good feeling and look in this car. It took a bit long time to receive but in the end…I’m happy.✌️🙂
