After troubleshooting several error codes, I had to replace a motor, controller, and torque sensor. Each time I have reached out to Himiway their responses have been prompt and they have provided helpful links to assist with part replacements. I now have a working bike and I am thankful for that.

The great service and wonderful quality of my D7 Pro prompted me to purchase a D5 ST for my wife.

The communication with the sales and customer support people I've been in contact with have been top quality. They understand the issues and go above and beyond to resolve all issues.

To be honest, the speed of shipping has been less than I would like but overall that's a fairly minor point.

Had a problem with the lock on my Himiway, contacted Freya at their customer service email. Freya was awesome. Answered every email in rapid time, with great information and communication. Freya even answered me over a weekend, so great service there.
If you have any question or issue with your Himiway, just ask for Freya, great service again, my problem resolved very much to my satisfaction again

I broke my shifter cable after 4 years and nearly 500 off-road miles. I couldn't find a new on online so I emailed tech support and within hours they emailed me back with a link to purchase a new one for a great price. This company has been great from initial purchase through now and I'm very happy with their product and support.

I bought a Himiway Escape Pro bicycle and absolutely LOVE it! I live where it is fairly hilly, and I am a senior. This bike does exactly what I purchased it for. It assists me in keeping fit and extends my exercise range. It is extremely reliable and durable.

Usually got back to me within the day with progress.
Company had downtime due to holiday and they wanted to compensate me for my wait time. I declined it as they deserve holidays too. Excellent service. I've had both Evans, Mike ,Leo and Lora and they've been incredibly kind to me and helped me with my issues.

I had a difficult and inconvenient experience with my orders at first. This was due to receiving wrong items, shipping delays, and customer service information availability for help. It was a long, complicated, and frustrating process, but it was rectified. Although it was inconvenient and time consuming, I was able to find a phone number that lead me to receive an email from Sylvia (Support) who was professional and patient with the process and especially with my frustrations. I commend her for great customer service and ability to resolve the issues quickly.

When I initially opened the box to assemble my Himiway fat tire cruiser, I pulled out the front wheel and saw some substance on the wheel, so I immediately thought maybe I had been sent a return bike. I worked with Leo from customer service and he explained the possible cause of the substance on the wheel. While I was disappointed to learn that the lower price on the ebike did not include the back rack with the taillight, Leo provided me with coupons I can use to enhance the stripped down version of the ebike, which I plan to do.

Excellent Customer Service, especially from Mike. Had every trouble I came across taken care off. And I am in love with my Bike. Hoping I shall ride it for many years to come.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles super, ebenfalls der Support hat schnell auf meine Mails reagiert. Wie die Qualität des Fahrrades ist, kann ich in Anbetracht des Wetters noch nicht beurteilen, jedenfalls der Zusammenbau und die augenscheinliche Fertigung des Rades waren ohne Mängel.
