Habe mir schon 2021 den Cruiser von Himiway gekauft.
Eigentlich mach das Bike Spaß . Bis man das Ritzel wechseln will . Dann Fehlt das Passende Werkzeug .
1 Ritzel habe mit einer Flex zerschnitten .
Habe eine Stecknuss gefunden im WEB und damit die Nächste Endtäuschung erfahren . Die Nuss passt über den Stromstecker aber dann nicht über die Mutter von der Achse .

I have purchased 3 himiway cruisers over the past few years. After having a small issue on one of them, I called support and talked with Beatrice. She was able to address the problem and Freya followed up to make sure it was fixed. Both support people have been very helpful and I'm now back on the road.

I have been very pleased with my Himiway D7 Cobra Pro and the Customer Service. Everything has been wonderful!

Evans helped me trouble shoot the issue my older, "well out of warranty", bike was having. He also helped secure a reasonable price for a new motor. Because I was traveling at the time, sometimes my responses were delayed a few days from when I received Evans communications, but he continued as if it was normal.

I recently purchased a Himiway Cobra Pro. I have been very happy with the performance of the bike. I had a motor issue, and reached out to their customer service. They were very responsive and were able to address the issue quickly. I also purchsed a fender set for the bike. They sent the wrong set, but after contacting Mike at their customer service, he quickly sent out the correct set. I have been very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I feel confident that if I ever have any issues with the bike, theu will do their best to resolve to problem.

I purchased the A7 Pro after having to send back a Urtopia Fusion GT for horrible service. Freya at Himiway was excellent in helping with my new bike.

We had a slight hiccup with the gear bags we bought and Freya was quick to help and even followed up to verify that we had it figured out. Great service!

MIke was able to find the part I needed which was a part on the himiway bike rack and make provisions for me to order it.

Great response time, more than willing to be helpful, find a solution. Truly a quality company with that sells a quality product. Some companies do not know how to navigate the online landscape, but this company is great and makes the feel customer feel safe, gives them assurance
