I had some questions about functions on my control screen (it is a new, color version), and they were answered quickly and accurately. The correspondent Freya was working with me, through several communications.

My son ordered a new controller for his bike but by mistake ordered the wrong one. Customer services were prompt, friendly and courteous in resolving this issue.

I work for an e-bike warehouse where we refurbish e-bikes and make sure they are in top condition. We have refurbished a few himiways and the customer service has only been excellent, efficient, and timely. We have been able to find the replacement parts we need on the website, and if it isn't on the website, then the customer service team has been able to help. These folks are awesome and if you ever need help with you bike, trust that this team will take care of you!

Lora was consistently communicative and affirmed from the beginning that there would be a positive resolution to repairing a defective throttle under manufacture warranty. It took a few weeks and eventually my Rambler was repaired. Back on the trail again thanks to Lora and my local Himiway dealer, Fattire.

There was an item that was discontinued after we ordered. Although this was frustrating, Freya was pleasant and solution minded to help us choose an alternative product. We appreciate the friendly customer approach!

I ordered a D5 on Monday and received it on Thursday! I had a little technical issue that was handled by “Mike” who is a tech that answers any questions that you might have. The problem was solved promptly and the parts that were needed for the solution were ordered and delivered within a week!!! I love the bike, which I call “The BEAST”, because it is!!! I will never buy an e-bike from any other company. The whole team is fantastic! Thank you for caring about your customers Himiway!!!

Les cuento un problema que tengo con la bicicleta recientemente adquirida por la página oficial de Himiway para Europa, me dicen que les mande un video donde se escuche ese ruido que les comento y me contesta Lora que el servicio técnico les dice "que ese ruido seguramente proviene de las ruedas", cosa que es totalmente falsa ya que como técnicos especializados que supuestamente son ese ruido NO VIENE DE LAS RUEDAS, ESE RUIDO VIENE DE LA CAJA CENTRAL QUE HAY ENTRE LOS PEDALES, horrible servicio de atención al cliente.

Did not purchase a bike but someone fraudulently tried to purchase a bike under my name. I'll spare the details but Evans at customer service helped me alot during this stressful situation. Very profesionnal! I'll only say the fact that the customer support is on a different time zone can be difficult to receive answers quickly however I always received an answer within 24 hours. Thanks for everything.

Habe mir schon 2021 den Cruiser von Himiway gekauft.
Eigentlich mach das Bike Spaß . Bis man das Ritzel wechseln will . Dann Fehlt das Passende Werkzeug .
1 Ritzel habe mit einer Flex zerschnitten .
Habe eine Stecknuss gefunden im WEB und damit die Nächste Endtäuschung erfahren . Die Nuss passt über den Stromstecker aber dann nicht über die Mutter von der Achse .
