Great crew of 4
Crew of 4 very capable men arrived right on time and with a equipment as requested. They worked as as coordinated team, very polite and careful to not damage our belongings or house walls and floors. Had ordered 4 hours to unload our truck into the house but it only took them 2 hours. Very efficient!! Thank you

I disliked that I had to hire a second…
I disliked that I had to hire a second crew for the same job on the day of the move. I was under police orders to have theUpack trailer to be moved by 5:00pm on October 2, 2026 or they would tow the trailer away. Also, the second crew complained that the first crew had not arrange my items appropriately, so they had to rearrange most of the items previously to save space for what had already been loaded.
However, the first crew hand already disassembled the bed (headboard and foot frame) boxes and entertainment center loaded but didn't show me where the screws would be placed. The second crew disassembled the dining room table and demonstrated where the screws would be placed and what holes for each.
So this was an exasperating day. So frustrating that I missed my travel arrangements for that evening and deferred to a later indirect route. So my pickup ride had to change their plans to pick me up at the terminal.
I am flabbergasted and unamused by that day’s high jinx. but I am fortunate this type of service was available in my time of need but not the additional expense.
