TERRIBLE COMPANY…..would not stop…

TERRIBLE COMPANY…..would not stop sending for 3 months. Consistently busy signal when called. Had emailed & waited 24 to 48 as instructed to get no response. Called PNC filed a complaint. HAVE 3 tubs, never opened, took screenshots to find out later the same day they removed invoices. Once finally thru on phone I was told email was not a cancellation l, would not give me a return address so the unopened bottles could be returned & thru my constant calling to busy signals I was told they charged may 24 & my call wasn’t until the 26, but could never get an unbusy ring. So being charged 51.41 beginning of month & 48.89 end of month for 1 tub was ridiculous. So drove to the local PNC branch and acquired a new Mac card. So not alone these ridiculous charges, but then I had to spend hours disputing these charges and acquiring my new Mac card. So please proceed in heed.

I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered from them . Same issue like all those experienced. Did not sign up for the subscription. Absolutely no response from them was billed and item shipped even though they assured us that we’ll get a response within 24-48hrs and easy cancellation available. Cancelled my card to avoid further billings and have left it to credit card company to deal with them.
So disappointed cos the product is good. Will find other website to purchase in future

Cancellation

I cancelled my subscription in April. I didn't receive a shipment in April or May and now all of the sudden they are shipping me another shipment! They say there is no way to stop it. I can get a refund if I return it unopened AT MY EXPENSE! At this point they are ignoring me and at no time have they admitted they made a mistake. Horrible customer service. Product not bad but not worth the frustration.

Horrible company they automatically…

Horrible company they automatically shipped more product and when I told them to cancel they said it was to late to cancel and I then told them if they send any more product I was going to dispute the charge. I feel sorry with any one that orders from the company.

I wrote a very nasty review a couple weeks ago about this company. I will say I went through a lot. There was so much confusion on my order, my charges, and my delivery. It was overwhelming then I finally got a hold of someone in charge who was very sympathetic, very compassionate and was willing to go the extra mile for me. I finally received my product along with a very nice credit for this order. I was very happy that they made things right as I really love the product.A special thanks to the lady that finally took the one to help me.

Pure Scam/beware.

March 25,2026 ordered two Knee Massagers for $197.90. Several weeks later they arrived in the U. S., but then didn't move from New York. I asked the HiRelief (also DBA TotalRelief, Lux Confidence) to cancel the order, but they wouldn't because it "had shipped." Several weeks later it was still in NY and was ultimately returned to China. I appealed to PayPal, got an immediate message from HiRelief saying, "If you'll withdraw your PayPal complaint, we'll refund your money immediately." I did, they didn't. Now pursuing through credit card company. Total scam.

It took longer than advertised to…

It took longer than advertised to receive the product but l got it. The jar size is very misleading. What you see in their intro is not what you get. These jars are way smaller. I will never order from them again. False ads

Scammers

Horrible I’ve read all of you guys reviews and it’s all the same. I encourage all of us to get together and file class action lawsuit with the Better Business Bureau and even if possible get together file a class lawsuit there should be a crime what they’re doing to every single one of us. It’s probably thousands just taking people money, not sending the product overcharging

This is the absolute best product but worst shipping

This is the absolute best product. Back when I could order it from Amazon it was amazing. My daughter and i both use it religiously. It's amazing for pain. However, ordering it direct from the company is terrible. I placed a $125 order over 3 weeks ago. I'd read the reviews saying shipping took forever and my daughter had a long trip in a month so I figured I'd give plenty of time. Nope. It's still showing a label has been made but it doesn't even say it's shipped yet. I'm not even sure their shipping updates are up to date. And it's impossible to get a response from anyone at the company.

Truly one of the worst companies for…

Truly one of the worst companies for refund and cancelations. After numerous emails, 2 months worth. I have still not seen my refund or heard from them
If you were to buy this product buy from Amazon they will cover you rather than dealing with the terrible company directly. Stay away!

Hirelief is a scam and fraud

Hirelief is a scam and fraud. Company charges credit card without giving any receipt or order confirmation. Placed order for 1 cream. Got charged for 2 on my credit card and then no order confirmation or receipt or acknowledgement. No response from customer support Total fraud. Why aren't they banned ?

Fraud

To begin with I ordered 3 bottles of this cream. After seeing that they charged my credit card 0n 5 Mar I waited until 6 April and tried to contact them to see when I would receive my order. They never answered the phone so I sent an email the first attempt by email went unanswered. I sent a second email and received an email asking for my correct address, I sent my address again (I checked the original order to make sure I didn’t type it wrong; but it was correct. I thought maybe they didn’t send to PO Boxes so I sent my physical address. Then I received a email saying they were canceling my order and issuing a refund to may account. As of this date 25 May I have not received the product or a refund. This leaves me to think that this is not a trustworthy company and and it is just fraud.
