Jayne Downey - amazing support getting our application submitted and dealing with any teething problems with the CQC portal.
Regular facetimes and phone calls to work within the CQC demands and regulatory framework.
Ellen, your policy creation and edits where CQC constantly requested changes was on point. knowledge was amazing.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience with HLTH group. They listen, they care and align with your objectives. I had a really helpful initial call with Will followed by specialist support from Jayne.
The team are so knowledgeable and have up to date understanding of cqc regulations and requirements.
I would absolutely use their service again and highly recommend. Thank you to everyone.
