Excellent service, swift despatch, great product. Royal Mail however - useless. I paid for Track 24 next day delivery. I ended up collecting it myself from the local depot four days later.

The brass cannons were exactly what I wanted as I feel they make the 1/72 battlefeild more realistic than standard plastic so I went what could be described as 6 & 9lb cannon. Many thanks Tony

Very fast and inexpensive delivery to Canada. I haven't assembled the product yet, but it looks like very good quality. A bit skimpy on the instructions, but thankfully I have experience.

Quality of products and of service.
I placed an order with Hobbies for a model kit of HMS Belfast, it arrived safe and sound, well wrapped so that unlike some providers, the original box was in pristine condition and not dented at the corners etc.
I have purchased products from this company in the past, and will continue to do so. I am always happy to recommend them to potential customers and share my own positive experience of this long established company.

shockingly bad and badly marketed,
described as entry level wooden boat model making. was far from it; with no paint included, no glue included, tiny handrails to build with 1mm x1mm slaths, instructions that were vague.
All in all i might as well as thrown £65 in the bin as that is where the "boat is now"

Whilst our product description does state that paint and glue are not included, we appreciate your comments and will review the wording to ensure this information is as clear as possible for future customers.
