Lisa Henry was absolutely the 💯 best telephone bookings advisor I have ever spoken to. She was calm, patient and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. I was being repeatedly an absolute idiot and yet she never once made me feel so!! Seriously I would almost stay with Volvo because of her alone!! 😅🤣

Very friendly and helpful

I originally had a appointment for 25th march and I thought it was 31st and they where very underwhelming. I've booked my car in again the lady was very helpful and we got car booked in for next week. From day one of dealing with them from getting the car on mobility which was superb service because they gave me several test drives and made everything so easy. So I would recommend Holden Garage at Norwich to everyone.

Booking the first service for our Volvo. Lisa was very helpful - all sorted very quickly and efficiently.

When I rang Kia to confirm details of my forthcoming annual service Ron Eskdale was extremely helpful. He confirmed all my details and when I requested advice re replacing my tyres he offered advice as to the best ones for my particular need and told me of the total price I would have to pay, which was very helpful. Overall he was very informative and friendly when answering my call.
