Helpful as I am a regular customer but usually have a discount of 20%. Can’t see any evidence of this!

I’ve some pre existing health conditions and used Holidaysafe several times since being diagnosed with cancer. Yes, there are lots of questions some of which I’m not completely sure of, but the cover is very reasonable. I noticed that there’s no longer a requirement to disclose every minor issue or GP visit, a big improvement. I’ve never needed to make a claim and fingers crossed this continues. I guess that would be the time to review the quality of the product.

Easy to use website, great quotes because they actually break down the risk and treat each condition in detail rather than a blanket quote to cover themselves, this suggests more customer focus in my mind, the price compared with the leading brands emphasises this and speaks for itself.

We have used Holiday safe for many years for both one off and annual cover and have been very happy. The registration process is relatively quick and easy to provide the medical information for cover. Cover cost is comparable with other companies.

The chapie who l spoke to was understanding and helpful a credit to holidaysafe thank you.

Sadly I have had to make claims for both the last occasions when I have used Holidaysafe insurance.

Both claims have been settled; my only reason for not giving 5 starsis that on the last occasion the company kept insisting on a breakdown of expenditure which did not exist.
In the end the claim was settled properly.

I've recently used Holidaysafe again for our holiday insurance and, as usual, they have provided a top service.
I went on their website and started completing the questionnaire when I made a bit of a mistake and got myself in a bit of a mess, a quick phone call them and the customer care operator was able to sort it all out in short order - She was polite, understanding and very helpful. Brilliant, no wonder we keep coming back.

We have used Holiday Safe for several years now. Their prices for holiday insurance are always reasonable, competitive and comprehensive, which gives us peace of mind when travelling.

3 rd time having used holiday safe and although there's a lot of questions it is well worth persevering. A very fair price when other insurers charge far more when you have a medical issue.

The price is a lt cheaper than any one else all the questions are a bit of a pain special my husband medical I vanot comment on anything else fortunately we have not had to claim we have been with you years

EASY TO RENEW AFTER A GAP. BUT NEVER HAD TO MAKE A CLAIM WHEN THAT WILL BE THE TIME FOR A FINAL JUDGEMENT.

Every thing is verry good,except you cannot book annul insurance,thus in 2027 i may have to look at alternatives.
