Holyart is an excellent company to deal with. Always professional. Excellent customer service and their pricing is always lower than many other suppliers. They offer an excellent range if products. Delivery is prompt and I would recommend premium as it will save you on postage. Very helpful with any problems, I have only had one and I have placed many orders. Their sanctuary candles are excellent.

The initial contact with Holyart was good. Communication with the customer service department was also good. However, when the item was delayed and I asked about it, communication stopped for a somewhat longer period. The package tracking also did not show exactly where the parcel was during transit. But it was delivered on May 18th, and the product is very nice. I will shop with Holyart again, as the quality is very good.

Poor customer service
I placed an order on March 15, 2026. I haven't received any notification about a delivery delay or shipping difficulties. Finally, I got tired of waiting and canceled the order on May 15, 2026. I am very disappointed. Their customer service is substandard.

I purchased keyrings and a medal. The products are lovely with intricate designs and good quality. Items were affordable prices, but delivery cost is a bit expensive.

Nice clasp, arrived in good time
The item arrived 10 days after I ordered, which considering it appeared to be coming from overseas was great.It (a chain clasp for a diaconal stole) arrived safely and is better than I expected, so I'm quite happy.

Service was very fast. Our church has used Holyart before and been very happy with price and quality of altar breads. The cost of postage was a little disappointing though.
